When you are finally able to use it, you will find that it is truly beautiful. The set up takes time and effort, but it's worth it in the end. However, the packaging is so beautiful that I would have given it four stars instead. A 5-star rating would have been given if the setup of the device was easy. Having built just about anything you can imagine, the instructions were difficult for me to understand. It was extremely frustrating at several points. The reason for not giving 5 stars is - - - All their products are covered by their instructions. Unless you know how to separate out the relevant parts for the product, you are on your own.

To get the right amount of water flow, I had to adjust the pump a few times. To make both pieces secure, I would have liked to see a locking mechanism on the pump two piece. The pieces had a tendency to fall apart at the most inopportune time during installation.

I love it! There is no way to describe how beautiful this wall fountain is

It took my husband and a friend about an hour and a half to install and get it working. Water is only used in it from bottled distilled water, and it goes through about a gallon every three days, so you have to remember to top it off. I love the unique entry piece we have in our house. It makes everyone who walks in marvel.
