I'd rate it higher than 5 stars because it's truly unique. I forgot to put the small rocks in at first (other reviewers are correct, there aren't enough to fill the bowl area), so there was no water sound until I finally did. I discovered that the larger rocks produce more water sounds, which is exactly what I was looking for. br>br>The light that this fountain emits is what makes it magical. The reflection on the Buddha and the small area where the water comes out is lit up like a flame burning when the water passes through the LED light. But it's even better because the light reflections give it a sparkly appearance, like winks of light. This part of the fountain is particularly lovely. br>br>It's a good size, small enough to fit in a lot of places while also being large enough to draw attention. It's unobtrusive, but you can feel it. br>br>I think this would make a wonderful present for someone; it's lovely, magical, and one-of-a-kind. I'm glad I went ahead and purchased it.
This fountain is lovely, and the sound of running water is soothing. The only sound you hear is the trickle of water, which reminds you of being near a gentle mountain creek. Thanks!.
This Buddha fountain is a personal favorite of mine. It's super cute and the perfect size for my nightstand; it's not too loud, which I like; and it makes a small water sound, which I like. The light gives off just the right amount of radiance. It's not overly bright, and it's very soothing. I like how the light from beneath the water makes it appear as if there is a small flame burning. If you want it to last longer, use distilled water. However, I wish they had given you a few more pebbles. The number of pebbles available is insufficient to cover the entire circle. I simply went to the craft store and purchased a small bag, which I then added. This fountain is one of my favorites and one that I would highly recommend. It's also worth noting that it's made of plastic and isn't overly heavy.
I thought it would be a good buy based on previous reviews. And I wasn't let down in the least. It's extremely well-made, appears to be very expensive but isn't, and was incredibly simple to put together. There is only one minor point that irritates me. To add more water, you must first remove all of the small rocks from the shelf where they are located, as these will fall into the reservoir and must be fished out. This minor flaw has no bearing on the enjoyment I derive from this tabletop fountain. I'm hoping that if it ever breaks down, I'll be able to replace it with something similar.
He's the ideal complement to my meditation area. The soothing bubbling sound and "flickering" light are two of my favorite features. However, I would recommend obtaining additional small rocks, but this isn't a major concern.
It's as small as it appears, and the attention to detail is outstanding. I keep returning my gaze to it in awe. I had to add a few extra rocks (the red ones in the picture) to make it how I wanted it for myself, but the amount that comes with it is sufficient.
The fountain was simple to put together and makes a wonderful sound.
