Questions & Answers
We attempted to clean the pump but were unable to do so due to its design. br>After only 8 weeks of use, this fountain stopped working. I attempted to contact the seller but received no reply. This is an item that I do not recommend.
Mine was never able to run at all. The price of the pump is very low. You're likely to get nothing but weak.
There is a small led light at the bottom, which I believe is led. It's a lovely little fountain, in fact.
I don't believe so because it's quite small.

In my living room, near the couches, I have a Buddha fountain on a corner shelf. Mine arrived with the pump already turned on and assembled inside, with suction cups on the bottom to secure it to the inside of the Buddha's back basin. All I had to do was unplug it, replace the back cover, fill it with water, and plug it in. I filled the front water basin all the way up to the top of the hole inside the Buddha's back, where the water drains. There hasn't been any motor noise that I've noticed. Because it is so close to the Buddha, the camera picks up a small motor hum, but all I can hear when I sit next to it is the gentle trickle of water. It's very relaxing, and the small white LED light at the base of the water basin casts a lovely reflection on the ceiling. br>br>It's made of plastic, but it looks like real rock from a distance. It appeals to my tastes. There are no regrets on my part.
This fountain pleases me, and I'd like to see more like it. There are four steps to setting it up for a steady stream of water, according to the instructions. The submersible pump has a built-in pre-filter. The attached wires are inserted into the cavity. Remove the pump from the inside, connect its nozzle to a hose dangling from the roof, set the pump lever to Maximum, and return the pump to its original position. Bringing the hose inside, fill the large front basin with (distilled) water until it is almost level with the back opening, then plug it into an electric outlet. It's possible that the pump's location needs to be adjusted to ensure optimal water flow. If this is the case, you should unplug the device from the wall outlet. Every few days, I use a turkey baster to drain the water from the pump, then wipe the inside cord with a vinegar-soaked cloth. Using a damp towel, fill the basin with fresh water, plug it in, and relax. I can only hear the waterfall when I'm out in the open.
There are some obvious glue spots inside the bowl that the statue was holding, as you can see in the first photo. Given that this item costs $50, I'm considering exchanging it for one that doesn't have the white spots. The materials aren't of the highest quality. However, it appears to be suitable for business use. If you already own something similar, it should be simple to put together. Because of the accompanying instructions, I was unable to comprehend much of it. br>br>Recently updated; Nos. 2, 3, and 4 are from a replacement I received from the seller. They didn't seem to give a damn about it. This is even worse than the first fountain I encountered. So I'm stuck with keeping the first one to sell. Will never trust this seller again. br>br>.
It's a nice-looking fountain that doesn't stink of chemicals, which is pretty good for the price. The motor is audible over the water, but it is a low-pitched humming that isn't too bothersome. The water is contained (it does not splash the counter) and the light emits a consistent white glow. Until I added a handful of jagged crystals to the base, I couldn't hear the running water at all. I kept adding them one by one until I got the desired trickling sound. The back was missing, according to someone. The back, on the other hand, is in the box, packed in its own special "nook" in the styrofoam, and does not come pre-installed in the fountain. It's possible that the item was overlooked in the packaging. Overall, for the current price of $39, I would recommend it.
So, when I first received this, I was ecstatic. The setup was fine, though it was a pain to make sure the pump was positioned correctly in the unit due to the small opening. I'm also a small person with small hands. Anyways- After about two weeks, I noticed that the top filter was beginning to sprout some strange cheese-like growth. like goo- despite the fact that I cleaned the unit's water on a regular basis (emptying and refilling with fresh water). It was AWFULLY AWFULLY AWFULLY AW It was so filthy that I had to remove the top filter (which was glued in place) so I could wash it with soap and avoid ralphing in the process. This has been going on since I received the item in July 2021. . . today, the pump has also broken, despite my constant care for it. Only three months have passed. I ran into some issues because I was 4 weeks past the return window. …. See below for an update. br>br>UPDATE: In the end, the seller offered to send a replacement, which was extremely generous of them. br>NEXT UPDATES: The replacement was never delivered by the seller. I even emailed them a second time to remind them, and they said they'd look into it. . . but no replacement arrived.
The setup was a little confusing; the inside came with broken statue pieces, and it's difficult to get the motor inside just right so the pump will let the water flow. After 40 minutes of fiddling with it, I finally got the water to flow, and for the first day, I was completely smitten by this fountain. Unfortunately, it's now day three, and the motor has become so loud that I can no longer hear the water running, and I can even hear the buzzing while watching Captain Marvel at maximum volume on my new Macbook. I purchased it solely for the purpose of sound therapy, and as it no longer serves that purpose, I will be returning it.
The sound of the motor is much more audible. Made for a very low price. The sound of the motor is significantly louder than that of running water. In the water basin, there is an LED light that is not calming and that you cannot turn off.
For the size I'm looking for, the price is excellent. br>It's simple to put together. The waterfall began to run after only two cups of water were added. br>The waterfall has a rainy sound to it and is very relaxing. br>For good luck, I put it in front of my front door.
