Questions & Answers
Foam-filled tiers line the insides of the tiers. Rubber thingies are what they're called when they're made out of rubber. They are in charge of the waterfall. I was jacking with them one day when splatter appeared. If the foam isn't used, I think you'll be fine now that the rubber thingy is gone.
Keep the pump clean by adding a few drops of bleach to prevent it from becoming slimy. Make sure it isn't too full. It must be refilled on a daily basis. The lights were switched off.
I put glass beads in it to keep the splatter to a minimum.
On the back, there is a small sliding panel. Alternatively, pour water into the waterfall's front until the desired flow is achieved.

It's lovely. Made of rock and steel. Carefully packaged and shipped. • Three LED lights—dim the light by adding your own stone pebbles. • EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: To avoid plugging in and out of electric sockets and not "complain" like a stupid customer, you MUST purchase the remote switch available on Amazon. br>• Simply connect the pump to the tube, ensure that the suction cup is facing down, add water, and turn it on. • You're too lazy to add water, so use ICE CUBES instead! br>• Muck and algae will build up in all fountains, causing the water to trickle slowly. It is possible that you will enjoy it. The noise water, on the other hand, may be missed. Solution for the lazy person: ADD BLEACH, and the water sounds will begin to trickle once more. br>(THANK GOD) There isn't even a splash of water, just a couple of raindrops. Children, keep in mind: Unless you have the god-like ability to control wind and water, no fountain in the world can avoid splashing. br>The Best Option: To tilt the fountain back, take two unused credit cards and place them under the frontal edge. Any water splashing will be eliminated as a result of this. The sounds of twinkle lights are lovely. • Always keep in mind: LED bulbs are not indestructible, and they will eventually fail. br>An excellent value for a lovely fountain. dd a religious / spiritual figure on top to enhance the visual effect. br>BUY the remote switch on Amazon again and tilt the fountain with the old credit cards. br>To kill bacteria and algae in water, add a cup of bleach to the water. Every 5 days, the water needs to be refilled. br>To avoid algae, either use mineral distilled water or add bleach to kill bacteria. br>Do not drink from this fountain if you're a bird cat. In any case, they poop and pollute the water. Give them a proper bowl of clean water to drink.
It holds slightly more than half a gallon, just in case you were wondering. br>Tips for success: To prevent splashing, use rocks (thanks to another reviewer). I used amethyst stones, which look fantastic when lit from below. A hollow dripping sound came from inside; simple fix: stuff a sealed snack bag with a little air inside, as well as a small serving tray to catch spray and protect surfaces.
When it arrived, there were holes in it that allowed water to get to the electrical wiring. A broken circle appeared in the box, which appeared to be a failed stopper. There were no instructions included as well. The return process took two weeks, and despite UPS confirmation that it was received, I still haven't received my money. br>br>This could have been a major mishap. I've attached a photo of my finger in the hole where the water would enter and the wiring would be located.
This was intended for the yard and was used four times for about an hour each time before suddenly stopping working and being diagnosed as a power pack AC adapter failure after troubleshooting. Before returning this by the end of July, I'd like to contact either customer service or the company to see if a replacement is possible. br>When I contacted the company, I was told that a replacement would be sent, and that I should add a follow-up to my review. (which is what I'm doing right now) However, it's been a while since I've contacted them, and I have yet to receive a replacement. If that happens, I'll gladly write a sequel. up to this point in the review because I believe that any company that puts customer satisfaction first should be commended. br>FURTHER RESEARCH AND UPDATED REVIEW: After a long wait, I am happy to report that Alpine Fountains has solved my problem at a much higher level than I had anticipated. It was a pleasure working with Alpine and the customer service reps who deal with dissatisfied customers on a very professional level. I now have a working fountain and can honestly say that as a consumer who has frequently dealt with customer service reps, this company stands by their integrity and promises and puts the customer first.
Before purchasing a fountain, I conducted extensive research. I wanted something that was small enough to fit on a desk or bookshelf, looked realistic, didn't make me have to pee all the time because it sounded like running water, was quiet but loud enough to be relaxing, and didn't splash all over the place. I read the reviews before buying this one, and I followed a previous reviewer's advice and purchased river rocks before the fountain arrived. I experimented with various rock placements around the fountain until I discovered the ideal setting for creating my ideal "flowing water" sound- This fountain was finished off with river rocks. I experimented with various pump power levels and settled on the second from the lowest setting, which is ideal. I would highly recommend this to anyone- for your own use or as a present!.
I loved my old indoor fountain, but it was quickly deteriorating after ten years. I went to the local stores in search of a new small fountain to place on my living room's brick hearth. There were none available, except for a couple of $20 tabletop models. After that, I went to Amazon and compared all of the fountains, which turned out to be quite a selection. I went to my local Navlet's nursery because I didn't know what brand to buy and they told me they didn't have any in stock but always bought Alpine brand fountains for resale. So I went with this very natural-looking rock fountain that is well-made, with three waterfalls and three pools. The lights are bright white, but they can be easily hidden with a few extra rocks. My fountain was initially a little too loud and splashy, but I experimented with placing a triangular-shaped rock in the noisiest waterfall, which solved the problem, resulting in a quieter sound and less splashing. This fountain performs admirably and has a beautiful appearance. It only needs to be refilled every few days, and I do unplug it at night, but it runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with minimal pump noise. Update: 11/13/16: The fountain is still working properly, it appears to be the same, and I still enjoy it; highly recommended!.
