Questions & Answers
This fountain is quite loud and has a pleasant sound when compared to others of similar size. I ordered five to test and this was one of them. Select one; this one produces the most water sound.
There is no water splashing from this fountain.
The frequency with which you run the fountain will determine how long it lasts. When you hear the pump or see bubbles coming out of the fountain, you know something is wrong. It indicates that air is being pumped. It's a good idea to restock your supplies on a regular basis.

It appeals to me. This is for my son's garden, and I purchased it. Brian, my 19-year-old son, passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2020. After having a dream about him, I created this lovely garden, which I am very pleased with!.
I'm redoing my bathroom and wanted to incorporate a water feature to create a soothing atmosphere. This cascading fountain has a natural look to it. The noise level can be adjusted by adjusting the pump's flow rate. The pump makes a moderate amount of noise, but it does not drown out the sound of the water. It's on a medium/high setting for me. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and used distilled water. This fountain was simple to assemble, and the instructions are clear; I've had it running for about 8 hours a day, and it's been performing admirably thus far. The led lights are labeled as white, but in the dark, they appear to be blue. Because the led lights are wired separately, you can turn them off if you want to.
This fountain is in the reception area of my office, and it sits on top of two lateral file cabinets that cannot be wet. This is the fifth fountain I've purchased. Water splashing out of the fountain was a problem for the others, but not for this one! I'm thankful for Amazon Prime, which includes FREE RETURNS on most items, because I've never been stuck with other fountains that didn't work out and spilled all over my file cabinets. In addition, the pump is extremely quiet. I am completely oblivious to it. After much trial and error, I am very pleased with this fountain! 😁.
It was fantastic. It was much bigger than anticipated. However, there is no on/off button, and I don't want to move furniture just to turn it on and off, so I guess I'll have to invest in a smart plug!.
This was delivered to me today. Although it was advertised as new, the mold in the tubing indicated that it had been used. I would have kept this adorable table fountain if it hadn't been for the fact that I despise dishonesty.
Overall, it's a nice product; however, I won't know how it sounds or performs until Customer Service / Support responds. On the pump, there was no cap/regulator. Alpine has been contacted, and we are awaiting their response. We hope to improve our review. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Alpine's customer service is excellent, and the problem was quickly resolved. This product is also about $20 cheaper than similar products sold by Home Depot and Lowes. The fountain produces a mountain stream-like sound. The "wood" appears to be real, and the product is well-designed to fit in a variety of settings at home or at work; I keep it on my desk and it helps me concentrate. This is fantastic.
This fountain has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it. The motor is quiet, easy to set up, and comes with a wealth of information on how to care for it. Advantages: br>br>

- Warm up the LED lights (though some people may prefer the cool blue color? )
- Make the lighting more subtle (I used shungite stones to soften the direct bright spot on mine)br>- Allow for a slower flow setting (though this could be due to my own user error)br>- A non- I added a toxic coating for added peace of mind in case my posh cats mistook it for their new drinking fountain. br>br>Overall, I'm very pleased. If I run into any problems, I'll make a note of it here. However, it appears that they provide good customer service in the event of a problem, so I'd say buy with confidence at this point!.
I really like how it turned out. The water sound is very appealing to me. The only issue is that the pump motor makes the same noise as the water trickling. It's quite inconvenient. Is this referred to as a "quiet motor" by others? It would be nice to know if my motor is failing. I like the fountain enough that I'm tempted to just buy another motor, but the idea of dismantling it and attempting to reassemble it makes me shiver. Is this how yours sounds?.
