It is a pity that I must return the fountain, because I really like Before filling it with water, I observed that it has quite a few pinholes located very low on the reservoir where it will hold water. I read some one and two star reviews, so I checked it out with a flashlight before filling it up. There is no doubt that it will leak. I am exchanging it for another one. The part appears to have been made without adequate quality control. This would likely have been caught if the quality control was adequate. As it stands now, I hate the work that must be done to store the defective fountain until a new one arrives, repack it, and ship There is only one thing I can expect from the next one no Here is a picture. If you look at it, all of the white specks are pinholes where the flashlight The fountain has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all. If there were no holes in it, it would be a really nice fountain.

I had to put a dab of caulk under the lip of the top overflow spout to prevent the water from running back under the spout and dripping down the outside of the bottle. These glitches have been fixed, and it now seems okay and makes for a fun diversion and social element.

The floor fountain I purchased for my wife and me was so important to us. Having filled it up and set it on a flat surface per the instructions, we listened to the soothing sound of flowing water after we turned it on. As soon as the second cylinder was complete, a water spot emerged beneath it. A location outside is not a concern for leakage, so it could be used there.

Play around with the adjustment and maybe add some stones to get a little more "rush" sound rather than a trickle or pour. I found this purchase to be a good one.

Since it appears to be heavy pottery, it will disappoint you to learn how lightweight it is. Planters of my dark red terra cotta color look great with them. I set it up in less than five minutes. I also liked the fact that I paid a fraction of the price of the fountains I saw at our local garden store that I did not actually It would be great if the company came up with new designs so I could buy them as well. This is a highly recommended book!.

A front yard of my house is a good place for mine. In the past I had a ceramic fountain which was damaged by landscapers, so I bought a resin version this time. If using inside, you should place a towel under the fountain, as it is likely to get water all over the place when it first starts.
