What is the location of the on/off switch?

The solar panel's on/off switch is located on the back of the panel. I gave up trying to figure out how to switch the pump and the lights on and off. The directions are a disaster.

The dark color is The other day, as I was refilling it with fresh water, I noticed the finish was literally peeling off! I assumed it was calcium buildup from water, so I lightly rubbed it with a clean rag, and the finish began to peel away

This is after only a few months of sitting in my stairwell, indoors, away from the sun and the elements. When I went to pick it up and move it to refill it, I heard a crunch sound from the body, which began to crack as well! It was picked up solely on the basis of its own weight.

The fountain does not appear to be as it appears in the photo

I gave this fountain two stars because it has a nice appearance. That's the only positive thing I have to say. The directions are a disaster. Also, because there is nowhere for the water to go, it runs down the base, preventing me from using it on my deck as planned. Although it appears in the photos that there is a recessed area for the water to go, the top of the fountain sits directly on top of the base, leaving no room for the water. This is not a good design.

It's pleasant, but it's a bit drab I like the design and the fact that it's solar, but the water isn't pushed out very far

It's a week water fountain, in a sense. However, the overall appearance is pleasing, though a stronger water flow would be preferable. It's possible that a better solar panel is required.

It's a lovely fountain that works well. The paint, on the other hand, is peeling off in the basin. I'm worried it'll do the same on the outside.

It's very simple to put together. light and airy The leds aren't particularly bright, but I'm planning on using a solar spotlight to give it a nighttime effect, and it'll be a lovely addition to the garden.
