The sign says "is my humble heartfelt prayer" instead of "in my humble heartfelt prayer," which is incorrect. I'm bummed because this was part of a Father's Day memorial and I don't have time to get a new one.

The item itself was excellent, but the packaging was a complete disaster

The item itself is fantastic, but the packaging is terrible. It's no surprise that the last one I ordered went missing--it most likely slipped or fell out of the box. The box was made of flimsy thin cardbord with open flaps. Nice.

I had hoped for a higher-quality wood! I expected the wood to be a little heavier for the price, and I had to go out and buy a stand to put it on because it didn't appear to be as sturdy as I had hoped!
