The idea of using over the door wreath hangers did not appeal to me at all, so when I saw these, I was like, "how did I not know about these before?"? When your door is made of metal, it's difficult to attach a hook effortlessly. I was seeking strong, wellmade, attractive, and functional doors for my metal door, and these fit the bill perfectly.

Solid, but not strong enough to hold a lot of Magnetic hooks were advertised as a way to hang wreaths on doors

I bought them for that purpose. Magnets that are strong on a refrigerator are not strong enough to support the weight of a wreath of that size. In the end, I had to reapply We have been using them for trailing plants, and they are proving to be a great choice.

The door must be made of metal and placed outside. I see how much money was wasted! Does not work on metal front doors (when I asked, I was told the wood is inside). It does not hold anything in place Hopefully you don't mind that I purchased them!.
