We could not have asked for a better outcome! We moved into a new home with an 8-foot front door, so the old hanger could not be used. This hook is made of adjustable metal, so I searched for it to see if adjustable hooks existed. I found it to be the perfect height for our front door, and the price wasn't bad either.
The hangers are very sturdy, and they can be adjusted to a range of lengths without difficulty. The hooks on my door seemed to be a bit out of the ordinary at first. The reason I was skeptical is unclear to me.
