When I looked back a couple of hours later, a small wreath was already laying flat on the ground under the door. I put this up in my enclosed porch on my front door and hung a very small light weight wreath on it. The second time I tried installing it, I dampened it to create a better suction but this time it failed. The dried flowers on my wreath broke or fell off as a result of falling two times. Skip this step, and use an over the door holder instead.

I was originally going to give the product one star because it fell down after only standing for a while. It turns out I was at fault, not the hook, for it not staying up. My first attempt was simply to stick it to the window without cleaning it. So the glass was over a small ridge, and it was up high. We didn't get the results we wanted. I cleaned the window and moved it down a bit so it has a smooth surface. This still doesn't seem to have affected it. Currently, I have a pretty heavy wreath hanging in my dining room, and there was a strong storm a few nights ago. If I had been using the hook I was using before, it might not have worked anymore. The one you're looking for is not the I am very pleased with this purchase, and would recommend it to others. Be careful about putting it up so that it doesn't go up by accident, as I did. It's very simple. Just follow the directions. You will be very happy.

The reviews were very positive, so I was looking forward to receiving these products. On my windows, I hung Christmas wreaths on them that were directly attached to the outside. I like how sturdy the hooks are. As soon as they were applied to the windows, the suction was excellent. One downside was that three of the suction hooks slipped down the windows before Christmas, but only two of them stayed put. For the total duration of three weeks, they were up. As I live in the Midwest, we've had some unseasonably warm weather, as well as cold and light winter weather.

The wreaths are hung outside windows during the Christmas season. Despite the fact that I expected them to fall down, I have taken everything down for the season, and all (6 units) have held up beautifully through wind, rain, etc. Very pleased with purchase.

I like the way the hook sticks to the door, but after about 20 seconds I can hear it sliding. Afterwards, I tried it with another door, this one with glass. The result was the same. My suction cup is wet with water after I have pressed the air out I don't know. There is a point for the large size and the clear lines, but it cannot hold things, so it is useless.

I use it with my Halloween decorations and Christmas wreaths. As they are translucent, I was able to leave some cups on year-round since the suction is quite strong and I did not need to remove them from the cup while in use.
