In our homes, it is used. It comes with a back that is not weatherproof. If you want to use the exterior finish outdoors, you'll have to find a better way to seal the back

I cannot wait to put it up, it looks amazing. Most likely, you will have to use nails, but it is not a major issue. Adding an edit It is now hung up - I just finished putting it together It's a huge disappointment that the adhesive was so bad. It is better to place the scroll inside the mezuzah first and then cover it with the sealed backing You might even be able to provide better support. The mezuzah I am holding is the first mezuzah I own and I am extremely disappointed. As I was hammering it in place, the backing moved as I adjusted its positioning - it was essentially rolling and sliding around as I moved the doorframe. Since the backing now cannot be aligned with it, it is permanently distorted. Not happy at all.
The workmanship is poor. I could not expect much at this price, although the mounting holes are one of the biggest problems. One screw can pass through one hole, but not through the other. I was able to find a screw that fits in one but not The screws are of the same size. Since I didn't have any smaller screws, I used nails instead. Now it's the only one I have, but one day I hope to replace it with a better one that includes.
I think this looks fine and is perfect for the situation I need it for. Handwriting isn't evident on the parchment, which is printed.
You have such great detail in this. I really like it.
I saw the mezuzah in person, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Not happy that the back of the mezuzah was similar to the front in that it was made of cloth instead of metal. The package didn't include screws to hold the mezuzah. This was a big disappointment to me. There are super-tiny screws that fit into the holes on the outside of the door frame to hold it in place. For peace of mind, you should include screws in your package to prevent buyers from going to hardware stores.
I find this to be an absolute beauty. How can I summarize what I've said so far?.
It will stay looking brand new in the Florida climate and isn't affected by the weather.
