As it stands, both wins were misaligned, and when one nail was nailed in, the other was left at an angle. It would be nice to have a replacement for this product. During the process of dispatching product, all products should be subject to quality control inspection.
It was a poor purchase for me. My package arrived today and as soon as I opened it, it came off and will not go back on. The There is a sense that this was a rushed project. As much as I would like to give this to you, I am unable to do so. Especially considering the significance of this item, I am not pleased with the purchase at all. Silver was also what I wanted, but I got gold instead.
I'm getting ready to move into a new apartment, so I began looking for a new mezuzah. This one looks great, especially for the price. There is one downside, the top cap came off as I was taking it out of the package and would not go back on. However, I was able to fix it with a few dab of super glue. If Kosher scrolls are important to you, this one might not be ideal. Also, the tube where the scroll goes does not look like it would fit a Kosher scroll, so if that's important to you, this might not be the best choice.

There are human limitations which can cause us to order two and end up receiving only one. The email was sent same night, and I responded the next day and sent another. They are very fast to respond, which is great. That is exactly what it looks like in the picture. Kosher scroll for that price is not realistic, if you want kosher, you will have to pay a lot I'm fine with it in my case. This is a company I will buy from more often.
A beautiful pair of earrings that are easily worth the price! Here is some information on aligning and replacing the scroll It is also possible to turn one end into alignment if it isn't already and to remove both ends if you wish to replace the scroll. 5 star definitely, however be aware that it does not come with screws (or brads).
I really appreciate this product. This is a good mezuzah for the puritans, and it looks good on the door posts.
