Funny thing is, I wish I could install it backwards, since the back is likely to be more attractive than the front. The instructions on how to install the backplate are black, so I would try it if the screws that hold it in were white. There's no way they could have matched them to the gold because that would have cost more money. Sadly, and importantly, this product does not come with nails to match it, you will have to buy gold ones separately. There is also one con The paint job at the top of the box isn't perfect, as you can see in my photo, the cream paint is a little too close to the gold tip. It would however still be a good purchase for me You need to see this mezuzah in person to fully appreciate it.

It is a beautiful mezuzah for the price. Fairly heavy in weight, and not flimsy at all like I expected. This item came in a beautiful box and packaging, which I think would make it a perfect The only complaint I have is how small the screws are that hold the scroll in place on the back. The small screwdriver in the kit that was included in the eyeglass repair kit was needed to remove the screws, so I purchased one. I just wanted to let you know.
