I like the Mezuzah very much. My friends got 6 more for me to give away. It is important to place the verse on the 'outside' of the box so people can Rolling a scroll up and tucking it behind it will not allow them to read God will not be served by it.
The beauty of it should be maintained if it truly is for outdoor use as described! In addition, Having a metal Mezuzah with this brushed finish is such a nice touch. In addition to looking very modern, it will also withstand being outside a lot better due to the brushed finish. I think if it was polished, the outside elements would show much too much wear and tear too fast. I like the engraving because of its oxidative appearance and the easier it is to read the words. Mezuzahs tend to be wide, so if your doorpost is narrow, be aware that this one is not The wider column is aesthetically pleasing to me because it prevents the words from being crammed together and making it difficult to read. why I am only giving four stars rather than five is that the Mezuzah scroll does not have an additional clasp or guard on the back to hold it in place while it is being chanted. If you don't want the scroll to fall out of the frame, you'll have a difficult time hanging it. In any case, once it has been attached to the doorpost, it should remain there without issue. My aim is to make it as easy as possible to understand what I'm trying to explain by including photos of the backside. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are no screws, finishing nails, or other attachment hardware to attach this to your doorpost. This was obvious to me prior to purchase, so I went with that, but make sure you pick up some small screws Finally, here is one thing to keep in mind While the backside/underside is slightly depressed to hold the scroll, there is a limited space available to mount a protective tube/holder, so there is a high likelihood of weather damage from rain and other outside debris leaking between the doorpost and the edges of the scroll. I've looked everywhere for a vile that can fit behind and into the depression, but so far I haven't found one that's small enough. It might be better to use a rectangular one instead of a round one. As much as I would love to have the scroll on our doorpost, it's unlikely that we can. If we can't find anything else, we might put it in an airtight bag and tuck it behind the Mezuzah before attaching it to the doorpost.
A Mezuzah like this is my favorite. Although I did not expect it to include a scroll, I was very happy to receive one. There's nothing better than seeing it on your doorpost.
I thank God for this blessing! I would like to be able to use the property in my home.
I am now standing at the doorpost with this lovely Shema. The G-d Poster at my doorpost holds such meaning to an individual who believes in his God I am a Jew from the Land As far as OT and NT are concerned, this is the most important theme. God bless you.
It is exactly the way I expected it to be. The exterior of the home looks excellent, and I believe it will bring us blessed living. Thanks be to God. Thank you!.
It does not appear to be silver, but rather a dark silver type of paint, which makes my computer hard to read. The screws that came with it are a different metal and too large for the machine. In photo, it appears to have a dingy gray color, which is not what we had imagined. Doesn't seem to have a scroll at all, so I'm not sure it's worth it or if there's a scroll at I'm a little disappointed.
