Important note about the chalk box: you will not be able to remove your writing if you do not precondition the board. You'll get ghost lines if you don't pay attention.

Within days of receiving the board, the writing surface began to separate from the back; the surface appears to be in good condition (it does not erase well, and writing on it is more difficult due to the bubbles beneath the surface), but when erasing, you can see the bubbles and hear the "sticky" sound of the board touching and pulling away from the board. I reached out to the seller, who asked for a photo. I sent a video, but I haven't heard from them since.
This is not a slouch of a setup. I was skeptical because of the price, but it's sturdy, well-built, and well-balanced, and I'm not worried about it tipping over in a light breeze even on my rocky driveway. The writing surface is smooth and easy to clean. The included markers are vibrant and do not bleed. The stencils that come with the kit are an added bonus. br>br>In general, I don't have any complaints. This sign appears to be long-lasting and capable of serving our needs. I'm very happy!.

Separated the two boards at the top hinge and hung them horizontally on a fence at a height suitable for the girls. They enjoy being creative while also being active in nature. The chalkboards are extremely durable and of excellent quality. They're hung in a shady spot, but they've been outside during our rainy season and show no signs of being harmed by the elements. This purchase has exceeded my expectations.
I'm not usually good at writing reviews, but I knew right away that this product deserved my time and attention in order to give it a five-star rating. I just unboxed my sandwich board and am using it for the first time, but I am confident it will 100% be better than our old boards. It arrived in good condition. It's extremely durable and well-made. I didn't realize it was magnetic when I read the description, so that's an added bonus. The included chalk markers are far superior to the aftermarket ones we had. It's a breeze to clean up. This is a product that I strongly suggest.
