Return is not possible due to the fact that the item has been damaged

Damaged when it arrived - The writing surface has dents and creases. They don't seem to accept returns (this is the first time I've had this happen on Amazon). It's functional, but it's a letdown.

The whiteboard material had a small crease near the bottom of mine. It wasn't enough to justify returning it, but it wasn't as nice as I had hoped. When the light hits it from the side, it can be seen; the overall look is good for a nice office; the finish is satin.

For the price, I would not recommend it because the top right corner of the board came loose from the frame

I've only had this board for a couple of weeks, and it's disappointing that this happened so soon after purchasing it. My dry erase markers also have a tendency to streak. I assumed it was my dry erase markers, so I switched brands, but the problem persisted. Overall, I believe it is overpriced in comparison to the quality.

This magnetic dry erase board exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality as a bulletin board

We use it as a bulletin board by adding more magnetic "pins" that we also got from Amazon. Magnetic pins are safer than push pins, and unlike cork bulletin boards, they do not degrade or become damaged.

Sham! It's not even a dry erase board, and it arrived completely cracked! It's made of particle board and has a fabric top that's been glued on

Overpriced, low-cost, and non-refundable

This is a low-cost item that appears to be rustic but is actually just dull plastic. We were going to return it, but they don't take returns, so we're stuck with it. Find a better one by doing some research. Go to Target, where you can get a much better one for half the price.

I was let down

I tried to send it back because it had a small indent in the middle and was broken along the side, but it said it couldn't be returned because it was dangerous to be in the mail? I'm not sure how that works because it was mailed to me. I would have liked it if it hadn't been damaged. I liked the color of the wood and thought it was very classy.
