This is a well-built house

These are so cute. For my daughter, I got these for her to use. Her grip is easy since she is 1 (she is a toddler). It is a well-built car.

Wood that has mould in it

The wooden base on these items is mouldy, but they serve their purpose. It wouldn't be practical to return and get new ones since I need them right now. If it weren't for the mould, they would have been perfect. I have updated. A few days later, the coating started to corrode after erasing three different hand-lettered words. This is not a durable product.

They are very cute, but they are a bit hard to write on. While they are relatively wind-resistant (we've used them at outdoor events), they blow over pretty easily.
