The length of the power "cord" is approximately 6 feet. An extension cord works as a solution.
The power cable is about 3' long and is a USB CORD. However, one of the three options clearly states that it does not include the cord; however, if you require a cord that is longer than 3 feet or a longer cord in general, you can easily find them on Amazon, including in various colors and fabrics, as well as extension cords. I recommend getting one with a rocker on/off switch so you don't have to flip the base over to turn it on and off all the time; also, if you have an AC adaptor not included, use it if convenient; however, I prefer Power banks and use rocker switch USB cords to keep the power bank from overusing when the light isn't in use and to avoid flipping the base and trying to hold onto the glass ball at the same time to turn on and off. Alternatively, I could lift it up and feel for the switch. I'm not sure why people ask questions to answer questions, as many did here in response to yours; I'm not sure what they're thinking. I had to pass on all three options because they did not have a constant option or, better yet, a slow fade in and out instead of flashing, so I hope you figured it out. The only choice that flashes is jarring for me.
I'm not sure how balanced your moon lamp is sitting on something smaller, Roxie, because the entire unit is 3" in diameter and wide. You'd be the one to make the decision. Ours is one of our favorites because the colors are vibrant and lovely.

This is fantastic value for money! It's quite lovely. The colors flow nicely together - It's a perfect way to display my daughters ashes that we had infused into this orb, and the flickering you see in the video only happens on the video; there is no flicker in real time. It is not possible to change the color to a solid one - There's only an on/off button and the lights fade in and out, but that's exactly what I'd do anyway, so there's no need for a solid color.
I bought it for a translucent globe/spherical stone, assuming the middle was concave so the sphere could rest in the indentation based on the pictures. It's completely flat, and the optical illusion is due to the photographs. As a result, we're supporting the sphere with an appropriately sized wooden ring, which allows it to glow as expected. br>br>I don't believe any of this is the seller's fault, and the pedestal itself appears to be in good condition and performs as expected. They could state explicitly that it does not support a sphere without the use of an additional stand, but they do not, so there are no false statements. br>br>One disadvantage is that there is no switch to turn it on or off. To get that capability, you'll need to plug it into a switched outlet or use a smart plug. Ours is currently up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During the day, it is too dark to see. I'm going to use a smart plug so I can schedule it and it won't have to run all day.
color. It would be nice if there were some instructions included. Although I figured it out fairly quickly, some people who are older than me may not. I'm not seeing all of the colors in the pictures. It would be great to have red, glue, gold, and white, as well as the ability to slow down the change of colors as it transitions from green to lavender to green, etc. I also agree with the reviewer who suggested that a longer cord would be preferable, and that having the option to use batteries would be fantastic. br>I have a glass Christmas tree on it, and it's quite nice; it's a great way to display glass and crystal decorative objects, especially during the holidays. br>UPDATE: I suppose the colors that appear are determined by the object that is placed on top of it. I still don't get them all, but when I place a glass paperweight with an internal blue swirl on top of it, I get a better variation. Fabulous!.
To comment on the durability of the jellyfish, which is made of blown glass. 6 pounds! The performance of this lighted base has exceeded our expectations!.
My son had given me a crystal block with my dog on it, and I wanted to show it off, so I went out and found the perfect one. It's not too big or bulky, and it fits him perfectly.
Because of the heat it produced, the original light eventually turned into a sloppy puddle. I've always loved the light, so I needed to find a replacement. This caught my eye, and the size of 3 inches across appeared to be at least potentially usable. It arrived, and it turned out to be a perfect fit in the hole where the old light had been. It produces a lot of light, and the colors flow beautifully, as you can see in the video. I've only had it for a short time, and the cord could be a little longer, but I'm blown away by how much light it produces. My dragon light has returned to me! It doesn't come with a power adapter; instead, it comes with a short USB cable that I used to connect to an old Samsung phone charger. I replaced the cord with a nice long usb cord I had for an external drive on my computer, and it works perfectly now. I'm hoping it lasts as long as the original heat-resistant material. pump that used to light up my dragon, but at what cost? What if it doesn't work out? I adore this tiny light. It's not exactly what it was made for, but it works well for me.
I'm pleased with my score of 5. I experimented with a number of color-changing display stands with rotating platforms. Within a month to a year, all of the motors will fail. So this time I was on the lookout for aesthetically pleasing stationary platforms. THESE ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL - Each one has a battery eliminator and is made of clear glass. There isn't a way to choose a single, consistent color - Colors rotate as power is applied - story's conclusion But that's exactly what I was hoping for - So there's nothing to worry about. They ARE a little on the expensive side - However, in general, They're something I'd buy again. I've got them all connected to a WiFi-enabled power switch that runs on evening and morning schedules. So far - They've been going without a hitch for a few weeks now. I'll update the review if they disappoint me.
