I reached out to Amazon for assistance, and they were able to assist me. Mine, too, did not function properly.
I'm not sure what I'm saying. I keep it powered by batteries in a curio cabinet.
I'm not sure what you mean, but it will light up anything you place on top of it, so it could be used as a crystal bowel.
I'm not sure what I'm going to say! I just plugged mine in, and it's fantastic!

I was so excited about the package, but when I opened it from the Amazon packaging box, I found the product in its original box, which was taped up from top to bottom as if it had been used, despite the fact that it was clearly "brand new. " Weirdly, it didn't come with a manual, despite the fact that EVERYTHING comes with instructions! When I opened the box, I discovered that the product had been damaged (photo), that the charging piece would not fit into the device, and that the device would not turn on even with batteries! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS!.
For glass diplays, this is an excellent choice. This memorial ball, which contains ashes, was made by my son. It also stands out thanks to the LED display. Love it. You have the option of making it stand still or rotating. The colored lights will be turned on in either case. You have the option of plugging into the wall, charging via USB, or using batteries.
My sister called to tell me that hers had nearly caught fire and that if she hadn't woken up in the middle of the night, her house would have burned down.
I bought this to record videos of my finished tumblers, but it was extremely loud. I returned it, but the replacement is also noisy, though not as bad as the first (no video), and the paint is peeling away from the bottom. br>br>Quality is not good. If you can get past the noise and don't mind spending more money, this is the place to go. I suppose it's all right. I'm going to add a few dollars to my budget and see how things go.
Since this item is not returnable, I've included a picture of a USB that I purchased with the intention of using it. When the item arrived, it was only powered by an ac adapter!.
I was skeptical of the product's quality because it arrived with the electrical plug damaged, as shown in the photo. Due to this, I would never attempt to plug this into a wall.
This item appears to accomplish all of its goals. The rotation is slow and gentle, and it is nearly silent. Every 1/6th of a rotation or so, there is a minor 'hitch' in the movement. Inside, I'm guessing there's some extra plastic on a gear tooth. br>br>The LEDs are bright enough; They can, for example, completely illuminate a 5x3x2" quartz point while still leaving enough light to see. br>br>In terms of operation modes, the LEDs cycle through a variety of colors at all times. It would also be nice to have a warm white mode. There are options for both rotation and non-rotation. br>br>The top platform has a mirror on it. plastic with a finish It has a thick clear coat painted over silver paint on the body. The clear coat, while attractive, smells like a mixture of ammonia and chlorine to me. It's also quite powerful. I've had it out in the garage for a week now, hoping the odor would go away- But no luck with gassing and fleeing. I also tried swiping it down with 90% alcohol in case it was just a substance left over from manufacturing in case it was just a substance left over from manufacturing in case% br>br>I bought this for my wife to use as a display case for some of her minerals. She, on the other hand, is averse to the odor. br>br>I'm debating whether to disassemble it and encase the mechanism in a wooden case (after addressing whatever issue is causing the gearing to jump), or whether to return it.
It won't be heard if I play soft music, so it's not a big deal. The contrast is acceptable. The colors range from red to blue and greens, and while they aren't as vibrant as the one I remember having as a child, they are still soothing. When you plug it in, the plug sticks out a little, allowing you to see the metal part that goes inside the machine; this isn't a deal breaker for me, but it may appear cheap to some. br>Overall, I think it's a great product for the price, and it's something I'd definitely put in a kid's room - If they ruin it, it won't be a big deal because it's reasonably priced.
