I had already discarded the box, but I checked another website and discovered that the "Country of origin" is listed as Portugal. I also noticed that "Crafted of high temperature fired earthenware for durability and hand finished and glazed in Portugal" was mentioned in the description for a different set by Euro Ceramica.

I purchased the dishes, bowls, platter, and other items in addition to the picture. br>I can tell you that we've been drinking a lot more water lately because I enjoy filling this pretty pitcher and setting it on my dinner table. br>It comes in two sizes, and I wish I had a reason to have both. br>An added bonus for those considering purchasing. . . I had a minor cosmetic issue with another piece from the collection that I purchased through Amazon, so I contacted the company directly and they took care of it quickly and painlessly. They provide outstanding customer service.
