What is the design of the balls on the plate? Are they attached or can they be removed?

The one I received last week came in the mail. The pieces of glass that cover the resin plates and balls appear to be resin. That's what I think. Do I have it right?

I put a glass cocktail table in my living room that sparkles in turquoise light. As I've begun to add to my living area's coziness and warmth, it is the perfect addition. While the dish is not thin, it is neither heavy nor heavy either. It is just okay, but I would not recommend buying the dish in other colors.

A beautiful landscape
