I already had an eight-orb pedestal wire basket in my collection - as well as the fact that it appeared to be revealing. I asked for these three to fill in the gaps, hoping that they would blend in with the orbs I already had. They do! They look stunning in my basket.
These spheres are absolutely beautiful! I expected it to be a little bigger, but it fits perfectly in my room with the other spheres I have. Obviously, I've been living in The Year of the Sphere. I really like the combination of matte wood and "blingy" glass. For an eclectic look, this is a nice juxtaposition.
These are stunning and of excellent craftsmanship. The photos appeared to be lighter/more Mahogany in color than the actual color. The real thing is a rich, dark walnut brown with rosy undertones. Glass inserts in an amber color. Despite the fact that the color was off, I decided to keep them because they are lovely. I also bought the silver (which I adore, despite the faintest hint of champagne coloring in the side paint) and mixed them in a silver bowl on a coffee table's corner. I gave them one star for value because I think they're a little pricey, but it appears that each glass piece is set by hand, which probably justifies the price.
I liked the product, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. With a dark brown color pencil, I had to fill in the color around the edges and in the middle of the ornaments. Before sending out the product, they should have someone double-check the quality. I only kept them because they went with a dish I purchased from the same company. It would be amazing if I could get a refund!.
Disappointed to the point of despair. One of the balls was cracked and broken when it arrived. The others appear to be in their late teens or early twenties. They don't look like they do on the internet, and they appear to have been refurbished. A review of this vendor is necessary.
They're a good size, look well-made, and are quite heavy. They add a lot of flair to my autumn tablescape. They were precisely what I had been looking for. They were also well-packaged to avoid damage during transportation.
So I bought the entire set (candles, bowl, and balls), and none of them looked as good in person as they did in the photos. They all had the same problems. br>br>The wood was dull and unpolished (not as shiny as it appeared in the photos). The glass mosaic section does not look like it does in the photos. It's just foggy glass with a dirty gray substance binding it together. The mosaic's surface is not smooth and has a rough texture to it. The balls may scratch whatever you use to hold them because each glass piece has a few protruding corners.
Orbs that are very pretty and well made. They complement the bowl and candlesticks nicely. a wonderful presentbr>.
