The ball had a small nick in it when it arrived. Despite the fact that it is not natural Black obsidian, it is still a good value. If you shine a bright light on it, you should be able to see tiny fractures all over the sphere. It's not there! As a result, I can conclude that it has been processed. It's a little too dark for my taste. Is there any way to tell if it died of glass?.
110 mm is the diameter of my crystal ball. The black obsidian sphere should have been 100 mm in diameter. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be.

It's too late to return because it was purchased in August of 2019. It needed cleaning, so I threw it in with the rest of my belongings and left it to soak overnight. Imagine my surprise when, as I began to dry it, the BLACK PAINT began to peel away, revealing a clear glass sphere. Not to say don't buy, but soak in water overnight and see if the finish can be scraped off with a fingernail before returning it.
I placed an order, but it was returned as "undeliverable" for some reason. That's the first time it's happened to me. I tried again, and it arrived exactly on time, because I am an energy witch. I felt an energy that I had never felt before while holding this ball. It's so upbeat while remaining grounded. Tingling. The act of cleansing. I felt a stronger connection with this crystal than I have with any other. I wasn't convinced it was genuine obsidian until I held it in my hands. It's a fantastic psychic charge! It excites me to use it for scrying. Because Obsidian isn't supposed to be clear, I'm not sure why sheerness is a question for the review.
Perfect. Arrived in good shape, is a good size for scrying (in my opinion), and the price is unbeatable.
I wasn't expecting anything other than a black composite. stuff. Obsidian is one of my favorite stones, and this appears to be one of them. I'm sorry I didn't keep it! (It was used as a hand prop in a stage production and worked perfectly. ).
I love the crystal ball and stand, but I'm glad it wasn't a gift because the box the crystal ball came in was wrapped in clear box tape, and when I tried to remove it, it lifted and ripped the pretty blue color on the box that holds the crystal. Aside from that, the size is ideal, and the display stand is attractive.
