It was not apparent to me from the picture, but my clock shows temperature in Fahrenheit instead of There was nothing special that I ordered and it came with Fahrenheit, so I preferred it.
You can't see it in the dark, so it doesn't glow.

I like the way it works and it is easy to read the time. It looks great, and it's versatile. This is a heavy load. I am aware of this but When the second hand tries to climb back up, it falters. This was my fault, so I took the piece off the wall and the movement fixed the problem. That is, until it decided not to cooperate the next time. A replacement has been requested in hopes that this was just a one-time mistake The glitch has been fixed. I have posted the second update for the week of 2/26. My new clock arrived yesterday, and I'm very pleased with it. The replacement will be completed within 1 day! I love it. This new clock works great, keeping good time, and you don't have to worry about the second hand sticking anymore. The update for 4/23 is below. I have been unable to replace the broken part I received in February. It seems as though we're having a lot of problems with the second hand. This item can't be returned. It would be convenient if it came without the second hand, since an outdoor clock doesn't require one. I don't understand why this brand does not make outdoor clocks without a second hand. I will have to search elsewhere. As well as me, I appreciate this.
The whole summer we searched for a big outside clock to place near the swimming pool so we could inspect the time when we are there. It is not the biggest clock that we were looking for, but it is very useful nonetheless. In order to find the right one, we looked at Amazon reviews for quite some time. I totally adore this clock on my patio because it is big and looks great. People have remarked on how beautiful it is from every angle they have My pool allows me to see it and read it easily. However, I would like to make one point. On a wall that is not sheltered, it cannot go out. In order to function, the thermometer and barometer feature need access to air in order to measure that. Therefore, there are several openings on the back of the unit. Putting it in an area that might be hit by a storm will undoubtedly cause it to be destroyed.
About three months have passed since it worked. It's very cute, heavy, and well constructed. At first, I thought it was a battery issue. But, when I went to replace it, I realized that the second hand had fallen off the mechanism and the other hands just continued spinning. The poolmaster company is looking into replacing it under warranty but I will need to find the box, pay for shipping, and ship the item to them. Now, I'm not as happy as I used to be. If you buy a warranty extension, you can have peace of mind.

My deck/pool gives me a clear view of it.
