I really like this clock! I can see that so clearly. My setting instructions were lost, and the seller of the product responded to my email the same day and sent them to me! In order to keep track of the time when my cable box stopped speaking, I purchased this little clock to put on top of it. This is a great tool! It's a great clock, at a great price, and from a great seller!.
If your new cable box doesn't come with a clock, then this little clock comes in handy for displaying the time where you're used to viewing it when your previous TV box didn't. A lot of people laugh about the "dimmer" because the difference between low and high is nearly insignificant. I got what I wanted however, since I can clearly see the numerals from across the room.
This one did not work for me because I prefer 24 hour clocks. I did not notice any change from 12 to 24 hours by pressing the Hour button. That being said, the other features of the clock work fine. I can live with 12 hour settings, so I have no complaints. The goal of this review is to help those who are interested in the 24-hour There is no guarantee that the clock you receive will give you the option to change from 12 hours. The clock is really nice. I intend to replace the one that used to be on my cable box, however, after possessing it for less than a month, one of the numbers is partially out, and there is an abnormal I had replaced the batteries thinking it was a mechanical problem, but it didn't fix it. All the videos I've seen on getting rid of clocks like this say to just throw away the clock if the batteries do not work and the contacts are not cleaned. Sorry to hear that.
