The clock here is a lot cheaper, but it works just as well as a higher priced one. This watch looks exactly as it is pictured, and keeps time reasonably well. Despite the fact that the back is plastic, I don't mind, since this piece lives on my mantle and looks I am sure you will be pleased with this purchase if this is the style you are looking for.

Having an old world feel was a big plus for me. I searched for a wall clock for my living room originally. There was nothing right about it. A desk clock looks like it would be the perfect addition to some decorative shelves I have. The composition was stunning. It does not appear to belong on a desk in the slightest. Therefore, it does not have an office look to it.
