I believe that any burning candle, especially one that lasts for 8 hours, is a fire hazard. They're used to melt scented wax, so they're in a sealed container, similar to your fireplace. Just be careful.
These Tea Lights are simply amazing! Yes, you can burn them for as long as you want, whether it's 1 hour or 4 hours, and when you relight them, they'll burn for another 7 hours or 4 hours, as described in the description. I'd say I burn for more than eight hours.
This band hasn't caused me any problems, and I like it because it lasts longer than the one I previously used.

They help to warm the cold air on the floor in my small fireplace. After I've warmed up the room with my portable heater, they do a good job. I can turn off the heater, knowing that the candles will keep the room warm for the next 8 hours. I have them on hand for a variety of purposes. These aren't the candles to light if you want a bright flame. Although they have a small flame, I enjoy using them as a decorative element in my Christmas Nativity. I placed them among the figures, and they emit just enough light to give the figures a soft glow. They give off a really nice soft glow in my stained glass candle lamp. These candles are always in my bag. Also of very high quality.
I smelled something foul and looked up to see a flame engulfing the entire tea light container, much to my horror. I couldn't blow it out, and the container was rapidly melting. In my panic, I rushed it to the sink, doused it with water (which is the worst thing you can do), and it was finally extinguished after what appeared to be a small explosion in the sink. I should've used a fire extinguisher, obviously. My family advised me to write this review in order to save others from a potential fire, so I did, and the rest was thrown away. Horrible.
While I enjoy them, I've only ever had them in the red bag in smaller quantities. I had a terrifying experience this morning. When the candle's flame grew to about 4 inches, it was only a few minutes old. The entire inside of the cup, which was enclosed in a lamp, was on fire. It was impossible to blow out, so I grabbed a pot holder and set it outside on the porch, pouring water on it, which splattered a little but did the trick. I've been trying to figure out what went wrong because I've used over a hundred of these from the various packages listed above. 18 March 2018. br>br> I had no more problems with igniting after using the entire bag of red-labeled candles and a portion of the green bag. The manufacturer was extremely helpful when I contacted them. I will continue to purchase.
I've bought these tea lights several times because they're supposed to last 8 hours, but I just opened a package of tea lights to find a much shorter tea light that says it lasts 9 hours! I'm not sure if this is a cutback, but it's certainly a lie. If you don't take care of this, you'll lose a customer.
As a result, she enjoys having candles burning almost every evening, especially during the holidays. We've experimented with a variety of long-term solutions. She told me several times that I should only use these candles and that I should never buy anything else! Not only do they burn the longest, but we've never had any problems with them, even when relighting days later with no soot or residue. br>br>In fact, she stated that the candles in this 90-count package appear to be far superior to those in the 50-count package. It's possible that the difference is the word "professional" on these. All I know is that when my wife is content, I am content as well!.
I bought these to use in mercury glass candle holders on the tables at my daughter wedding . At 6 p. m. , about 50 candles were lit, and by 6:45 p. m. , there were approximately 100 candles lit. At 45 p. m. , 15 of them had gone out, with the entire wick laying in the wax. I tried one out prior to the wedding and it burned for 6 hours, so I assumed they'd all work.
In a sense, you get exactly what you pay for. And the 'tin' is crucial—these lights do, in fact, last for 8 hours.
