The candle mount was broken and unfixable when it arrived

One of the two was normal, but the other is completely crooked, as shown in the photo. These are clearly made of brittle metal that cannot be bent. As a result, I won't be able to simply bend it into the proper shape. It's obvious from the start that it's flawed. There was no quality control in place. You can either save your money or take a chance and hope you don't get this unpleasant surprise.

Although adorable, this item is not practical

These candle holders are beautiful, but the metal piece that holds the candles is bent. I'm afraid I'll snap them if I try to bend them into place. I was able to get my candle to sit somewhat straight by fiddling with it, but it isn't centered.

It has a medieval feel to it

I have these in my hallway leading to the bedrooms, and I love them. I bought remote candles to put on them. Walking down a dark corridor with only the flickering of flameless candles was like walking through a movie set.

Faulty

They were shoddily constructed. On both sides, the piece that holds the candle is not secure. It was necessary for me to use glue to secure them. That's about it. Very nice and arrived quickly.
