The menorah I purchased for Hanukkah 2016 is from a local store. As of 2016, 2017, and 2018, the plug worked quite well. This is the first year that the USB port did not work. When the lights were powered by batteries, they still worked. There was a problem with the USB port in 2020. Even though the lights are still working with batteries, I am not happy that I am no longer able to plug in my menorah. The one I want now has a plug and is a higher quality.
