It is true. They were packaged individually in four packages.

In the case of a larger candle, it will not As well, I have tried larger (Yankee) candles in the past. I was never able to smell the scent filling the room when the wax melted all the way to the top.

Candles with a 5 ounce capacity fit perfectly on these, and they melt evenly.
Because it takes forever to heat up the big jar, it takes forever to get a scent out of it.
They're great! I like them a lot. The candles I have do not have flames, which can be dangerous for my cat, who keeps knocking things off of the counter when she's happy. They spread the scent of my bath and body works candles very well. I use my candles all the time on them.
There's no difference between a large and a small. Large candles cannot be fit in this holder. An indication of the appropriate candle size is provided on the packaging. I will investigate further to see if larger sizes can be made so far I've been unsuccessful.
The lights come on as soon as I wake up, and go off when I leave for work or when I go to sleep. The surface they're on becomes hot to the touch when they touch it. It's not as hot as it may seem. It is recommended that children not be exposed to them.

These are really nice - I like them a lot Despite their ease of cleaning and their ability to work well, they don't quite heat big candles up.
A small shortage in the cords is apparent in these. It lets me use my candles after the wick can no longer burn, as long as there is enough wax and scent to let them burn. It is better to use it for the warmer than waste it.
