I recall when I was 7 my dad restrung our Baccarat candelabra while I was sick at home. I watched him restring I was also taught needlepoint by my dad and am rather good at it. All of what I do with fibers is influenced by the art I learned from my father. That's the case. After my dad recovered and returned to hospice care over months ago, my beloved candelabra added to the sadness I felt every time I walked in the room. The color yellow. I am saddened. Sunday I will take a picture, but I cannot even begin to describe what it feels like to walk in the front door, walk through the dining room, and see my dad standing there. There is an immense difference between the two. It is no longer a situation where I walk into the house, turn the lock, and immediately feel Walking in, turning the lock, the brightness of the white no longer fills me with dread of running away. I cannot believe I just paid $13. You are the BEST! Thank you soooo much!.
It can be cut down to any size you need. Having extras was a delight. They are just the right thing to replace the old candle covers on our dining room chandelier, which had become yellowed by westward It is the same size as the old parts, which are 13/16 inches in diameter (the plastic is thin and strong, so the inside and outside diameters are close to being the same). Six were needed, and I was happy to have extras from the package of twelve because I had to cut them down to this size. The last few are less than 25 inch and I have damaged quite a few of them. The cut them with scissors (I tried a couple of different pairs, starting with HDX scissors, then Westcott titanium, and finally writing with HDX scissors again). There were six that cut nicely, three that were messed up because the plastic is pretty challenging to cut, and it is possible to make a wrong cut (I will keep these three in case I need a shorter length for some other project), and I have three left over. While they get a tiny crimp mark when they are cut and installed, they do not show on the outside. We found this to be a quick and easy project that transformed the chandelier dramatically.
It wasn't necessary to have so many and so many It would be better if they came in fewer numbers.
I ordered a thinner gauge of plastic than I had on my old The shadows of the socket bases can be seen during the day. I would like to try a different product.
This is exactly what was I was surprised at the good price and fast delivery.
