It was pleasant to be surprised by both the quality and the value I immediately attempted to use each tool to extinguish my jar candles, curious as to how they worked. Although it has most of the right tools, the wick cutter is not as good as it should be. One of the ones in this set has barely enough strength to trim a You need to try 2 or 3 times before it works. As far as I could determine, it is fine for an already burned wick, but it is important to trim before the first burn, and this is not good enough.
