The swag comes with two pieces, but if you have a larger window, you'll need to purchase an inset valance.
I'm working with a 3/4-inch thin rod. It's possible that an inch will fit, but it'll be a squeeze. Because it has a ruffle at the top, you don't need a wider one for decorative purposes. It's quite lovely.

These swags are very pretty; they're just the right amount of sheer, and the lace isn't too delicate to snag or tear, but it's delicate enough to complement the look perfectly.

The curtains are lovely, but they're much lighter than they appear. They appear to be a light brown at first glance, but when you open them, they're almost white in appearance.
