Having the soft touch is hard to come by, as most stores carry the models with the 3M pads. A sponge is a good item to have. Shopping around for the best prices, I discovered that I cannot find a better deal. I have ordered three more times and plan to continue doing so. My heads last me for one or two months, depending on how long I use them. If you are prepared to take the hit and spend the cash to get a system that works, I highly recommend it.
