I purchased this product after a friend recommended it to me. After taking the time to mix the solution and water according to the instructions, I followed them. After spraying the solution, I waited for it to penetrate but to no avail. After using this solution alone (no water added), I thought that perhaps the high concentration would be effective. I used it again on the same areas and nothing happened. Steel sponges work, however. Whenever I used them, I put borax or Ajax on them.
The product is very powerful in its ability to clean. This tool was easy to use and did a nice job cleaning my stove top and exhaust. I have a lot of respect for Fuller Brush products and this one did not disappoint. The product will be purchased.
The product is excellent.
Despite my best efforts, I have had difficulty cleaning my hardwood floors for years. It has finally been possible to find a product that works and I understand how it works too. I'd like to thank Fuller brush for the information.

These products really work and I did not have any scratches on the windows in my oven from the scrubber included in the package. The stuff you're talking about is great. Using this product will also remove insects from your headlights!.
I use it for years and it always works well.
