We were surprised to see it so squished that the picture was different from the one on Amazon's website. The algorithm still worked about as well as it could, but I thought it would be more effective if it was fully open. On the Eversprout card that was included in the box, the company asked that you contact us at this email address if you had questions or concerns. The picture of my squished duster (attached) is what I sent in an email. It appears the supplier had old inventory of the duster, which was packaged so long it could not be opened properly. The supplier was quickly responding, explaining that old inventory had been packaged so long that they were unable to open it. The vendor said they would send me a new one from their inventory that should be just as shown in As promised, I received my new one shortly afterwards and it looked just like the photo and opened up fully as I had hoped. It works great as well! This is what I call great customer service and a great product!.

I like this design better than the first one that came with my Eversprout system because it is larger and easier to clean. The best results can be achieved with wooden siding when moving your hand back and forth quickly over the entire duster on a regular basis. They stand behind their product. The warranty stated it comes with a year's worth of coverage. The brush snapped in half as my wife was using it to prepare for the July 4th weekend by cutting the spiderwebs around the exterior lights. As soon as I remembered, I was on their website on July 5th and sent them and email. It took less than an hour to get a reply, and after exchanging a few emails, I had the replacement boxed up and shipped out the next day. This was Friday afternoon when it arrived. I was very pleased with the customer service I received! As well as having a great experience, the product is also great. Although they have very strong bristles, they are not too hard, so the brush grabs and cleans well without damaging surfaces. This is a duster that will not let you down.

I was so pleased with what I received and the service. I adore being able to apply it to any number of handles I have easily with a simple twist-on, leaving me with a wide variety of options. The versatility is great and it makes cleaning those higher to reach places, corners, and edges a breeze. Well, it did come in a tube, and I thought oh no, is it going to fall apart! That's not the case It was right out of the box and in perfect condition! I'd like to tell you what a difficult task it is to find these! It is impossible. A cobweb is not something I want to touch. My life doesn't require me to retrieve a disposable duster pad from the top of a cobweb-covered ceiling that is hanging on for dear life such that even my best yank will never manage to reach it. . . Not at all! The mess that follows is not something I want to handle. The cobwebs don't interest me, I don't want anything to do with them As soon as possible, I'd like to get rid of the jungle of cobwebs in my basement! It's all over! The swiping is like magic, everything gets done in an instant! There's no need for me to worry about being attacked by any part of that mess! Since my brush arrived deformed, I assume it spent extended time in the shipping tube and was stored in hot weather. Johnny at Eversprout Customer Service sent me a replacement as soon as I contacted him. We were unfortunately unable to track down the first package, so Johnny stepped up again and sent us a new one. Due to the delays with the shipping and the heat, the initial replacement did eventually arrive, but it also arrived in out of shape as a result of the handling delays. The second replacement arrived a few days later, but Eversprout had packaged the brush in a somewhat different manner because it anticipated a repeat of the prolonged transit time. The item arrived in excellent condition and works as expected. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the excellent customer service provided.
