It was definitely a good deal for something so expensive. It can be seen in my photo that the grip has been shaved and is filthy. I'm not sure what happened before the product arrived at my front door, but the condition of the product is not acceptable for the price I paid.

Here's what happened My father and I were trying to take Christmas lights off our front yard tree when the snow melted this past spring with a ladder and a shoddy homemade pole that wasn't A ladder fell off as its occupant was straining to reach it. A part of me is hurt, and a part of me is aging. My feet were dusty after my trip into the shopping area, so I ran into the store After the pole arrived a few days later, I was able to tell right away how good it is. My second story roof peaks were full of wasp nests, so I took it outside and knocked them down. A pole the length of which is advertised extends every inch of its length. As a result, I did not need to use an extension ladder to reach the nests I would have otherwise had to knock down with both feet on the ground. I was also able to use the pole to remove the remainder of the Christmas lights from my front yard tree in about 5 minutes, easily and without incident. As I am in the middle of spring cleaning, I am creating a list of all the different ways I can use this. The next task is to clean the windows. It has been my experience so far that the best part of the whole thing has been the customer service. When I first opened the package, I noticed one of the attachments (the window-squeegee) had been damaged. My pictures of the squeegee were emailed to the company's email address and a prompt response was received. My experience with them as a customer was outstanding - they put their customers first - You can be sure that their products are of the highest quality. Since I don't think of myself as much of a 'reviewer', I won't be giving my opinion.

This product has only scratched the surface of its capabilities, but I am very pleased with what I've seen so far. In the time it would have taken me to spend a lot more money on a similar product from a commercial cleaning supplier, I discovered the Extend-based system a 7-point score This pole comes with attachments and measures 30 feet. My house has three skylights on top, so this was the main reason why I bought it. Main purpose of the pole was to clean the skylights and windows on the second floor. Here is my first impression of the 30 ft pole. I haven't cleaned skylights or windows yet but I have so far just cleaned the windows. I poled. The pros are Please note - Simply screw the pole attachment onto the pole and extend it. It is ready to use right out of the box. Please note - Although it starts to bend when fully extended to its maximum length, without attachment it is still able to be cleaned lightly as dusting or sweeping would not pose any problems. Please note - The cons are I'm sorry -- In full extension the pole bends almost remarkably hard (while without any attachments), so I have grave concerns about its stability for heavier tasks, such as In my opinion, given that we have large ceilings on both story, this is a decent product with an excellent price. Additionally, as we have a very high 2nd story and gutter mount, this pole should have a number of uses. The pole will stay with me for a while (as long as it doesn't.

Extending the pole is easy and the pole stays put once extended. A pole at this extension will deflect when extended this far, which makes it hard to describe its durability. It is an ideally balanced option between weight and strength. Cleanup with the microfiber is quite simple, and it seems that it will last a long time. There is no problem using the squeegee, but it is difficult to apply sufficient pressure when the pole is extended beyond 20 feet. It was really damaged by the Amazon delivery crew when I received my first one. I was kept in touch with the company while I waited for the replacement part to arrive. I was very satisfied with their service. Having said that, I recommend if you have anything tall that needs to be cleaned.

The stiff bristle round brush was not there, but the driver arrived on time. My two attempts at contacting the company included in the enclosed paperwork have resulted in only a voicemail received, but no call back was received. As this is a good quality set and it is suitable for dusting the beams under the rafter rafters of our tree house, I will not be returning it. The pole becomes pretty unstable the further you extend it, just as with any extendable pole. I definitely think the pole is solid when I'm using it at shorter lengths, and the brushes I received seem to be As soon as I hear back from the company about the missing brush, I will update this review. Here's the update The company was able to contact me five days after I received the set. I ordered the brush that was missing from a nice lady. arrived in less than a week. It feels good and I liked the fact that it wasn't as stiff as I expected. Even though the bristles are just loose enough to reach high corners without scratching woodwork, they are not abrasive. This is really awesome! It is nice to see that my star rating has been updated to reflect my overall satisfaction with this product.
