Questions & Answers

Comparing the gel to the original brand of soap, which I had always bought, how does it compare? I appreciate it! ?

In contrast to the liquid version, the gel sticks better to vertical surfaces because it is thicker.

What is the best way to remove sticker residue from plastic, for example video games?

In addition to plastic, Goo Gone is also effective on rubber. If this surface is too fragile, after going over it with Goo Gone, you should thoroughly wash it with soap and water afterwards to get rid of

Is it possible to remove dried up Tape that has been on windows for nearly three years with this?

The answer is yes. In my basement, I had privacy film on two of the windows for at least 10 years. It is cracking and fading with the sun and I removed it by spraying it with a can of solvent and scraping it Amazing. Easily the best stuff I have ever seen.

This is a great product that is very effective
4/5

However, I could not As a security measure, I constantly use this product to remove shipping labels from delivered boxes, manila envelopes, and plastic bags. A very good job is done by the application. In my opinion, the bottle needs a spray top to be refilled when empty, but it can't be reused for other purposes, or even refilled from a bulk supply of the original product. Why? There is no way to remove the screw cap attaching the sprayer! There ought to be a program to teach the sellers about environmental issues A container that is friendly to the environment.

I am blown away! As a matter of fact, I was not expecting much out of this product when I ordered it, but I thought it would be worth a shot

To get the tank emblems off of my Harley, I needed to remove them. Once you get off the metal part, you will find that there are nearly 1/4 of what was once goo but is now a thick layer of crud left behind. There were no results with the different solvents that I tried. In fact, it practically melted away and I was able to remove it without a lot of trouble. It took several applications and scrapings with a good scraper, but now that it is gone, you can't tell there was ever any glue on the wall. Item to note. You don't need to pay extra to get the little white scraper with the package deal. As soon as it was scraped, it was useless and warped/distorted. Here is a scraper I used and I found it to be helpful. The following link Go to http//www. The Amazon website. It is UTF-8 PSC is 1.

If the item is really stuck on, it is hard to use! It was a lot harder and messier to remove my bumper sticker than I imagined
3/5

Having to spray, scrape, spray, and scrape some more took up a lot of my time. The Goo oil was running down my arm while I was doing all this. This is probably much easier if the thing is flat. It is awkward how my sticker was angled, but the good news is that it works and that scraping did not damage the paint on my car. Obviously, the harder and longer the item was stuck, the more likely it was to break In general, the longer it remains on, the harder it is to remove. I would recommend this product for anyone else who is not a doctor Items with an adhesive on them, such as bumper stickers.

Getting rid of sticky residue on bottles is easy with this product
5/5

The adhesive residue from bottles can be removed easily with this product. A bit of overspray can be experienced with this spray. You should just take care to protect the Once the Goo Gone has been used to remove sticky from the bottle, I wash it off with Dawn soap. Since I have used Goo Gone for years, I love removing sticky stuff with it. The spray bottle made me happy to find it. An excellent feature of mine is the plastic scraper it comes with. However, I found that the plastic warped if the hot water was used. In order to remove sticky residues, I soak labels in hot water and scrape them off, then use Goo Gone to remove them. Using cold water with plastic has taught me how to take care of it.

Ten minutes is enough time to let it sit
5/5

The quote I received to remove 7 year old wrap on the vehicle I purchased was approximately $4000. After considering, I chose to remove the wrap myself naturally with plastic razor blades as well as a heat gun. . . and 4 days later, the vehicle was wrap free. You should definitely use this method to remove decals or wrap, but you must let it sit for 10 minutes or else you will have to repeat the whole process. Since I am not patient, I learned that lesson the hard way. My first step was to use the heat gun to loosen the wrap, then I started with the plastic razor to begin removing the piece, pulling off as much as I could at a time. However, I still had This stuff is gel, so its gel form enables it to stick to the spot you spray it on. If you didn't know, you can scrape the skin with a plastic razor after 10 minutes, then wash it with soap A super sunburned stubborn hood was erased with the eraser wheel. For a shuttle bus, I used about three bottles.

I tried everything but this was the only I spent more money on a competing product based on the claim it would remove the adhesive left behind on a vinyl wrapped can I am a spyder

There was no way for it to happen. In addition, rubbing alcohol did not work, notwithstanding a hair dryer trick and good old I used Goo Gone and it I enjoyed the gel's consistency because I could leave it on for a couple minutes and then soak in the results. It helped tremendously to have a tool that actually worked (thanks Goo Gone for that nice touch). I still had to scrape with the provided tool but it was good When I am ready to tackle a similar task again, I will buy again.

The product feels like thickened oil and is extremely effective

A vertical surface is easily sprayed because gravity has taken hold. Despite its shortcomings, it gets the job done once you get a bit further than permeate, but I wish it had an enhanced The tape adhesive on windows was removed with a bladed stovetop scraper using this tool. After wiping away the excess, I had to use windex a couple times to clean up afterward.

Not sure if the formula has changed or if I got a fake. My goal was to remove labels and sticky residue from glass jars using this. I tried using more and more product but it did not work. However, as long as you apply a great deal of force / pressure you will get some off (but then why buy Goo Gone when you can use As a matter of fact, soaking the jars in warm water for a few hours then scrubbing with dish soap really did work better than.
