Heat is not required to rejuvenate the Moso Bag. The Moso Bag is rejuvenated by UV rays from the sun, which can be found even on cold days. Because the sun may not be as strong through the day, leave it out for two hours rather than one. Because most windows block out essential UV rays for rejuvenation, placing it inside behind a sunny window might not be effective. I hope this information is useful!
I'm going to recharge mine with UV rays, as directed on the package. This item removes refrigerator odors extremely quickly.
No, you are not required to soak. You're supposed to recharge them once a month or so by exposing them to the sun, but that's it.
I wouldn't do it. I rotate them outside in the sun on a monthly basis. They are in perfect working order. I have a lot of them in my refrigerator, closets, and other places.... I hope this information is useful.

We went grocery shopping, and when we returned a few hours later, the lingering odor had vanished! I placed an order for more of these bags for the rest of the house right away. I'm a HUGE fan! 💕.
The beer and bait refrigerator on the back porch lost power. You could smell rotting shrimp and livers in the house after two days if you didn't pay attention. br>br>First, I tried baking soda in a pan, and while the odor improved, it was still unpleasant after two days. Then I put this deodorizer in the fridge for 24 hours, and it completely removed all fishy odors, which I consider to be a fair test of its effectiveness.
This is an effective method. My mini fridge smells like kimchi, which is embarrassing, but after I put the bag inside, the smell is a lot less pungent, though it doesn't completely eliminate it. However, because the smell of kimchi is extremely difficult to remove, I doubted that this purifying bag would be effective. It takes a long time to get rid of even a small amount. If it gets rid of that odor, it'll probably get rid of the other odors in the fridge as well. The only drawback I can think of is that the attachment will not stay on and will easily fall off the fridge walls. I simply slid the bag onto a shelf. I guess it's not a huge deal. I'm sure I'll get another one in the future!.
Despite the fact that I store everything in very small boxes, I could smell something. I used to use baking soda products, but they didn't seem to help much with the smell. I decided to give it a try after reading favorable reviews. I put it in the fridge overnight and was surprised when I opened the door the next morning to find that it had almost completely eliminated the odor. So far, everything has gone smoothly. I haven't charged it yet, and I'm hoping it will last a long time.
It smelled musty and stale. We tried cleaning out the freezer and fridge compartments, as well as dumping out the ice compartment, but the bad taste persisted. About two months ago, I decided to give this Moso filter a try, hanging it from a rack in the freezer so it could get plenty of air circulation. After dumping the old ice, the ice compartment was completely full within a day, and the bad taste was never restored! It's great, and I just ordered a second one to put in the fridge compartment.
Something in our refrigerator had an unpleasant odor. I sanitized everything, scrubbed it thoroughly, threw out any leftover food, and examined and smelled everything else. Nonetheless, there was a stench. I tried baking soda and stopped buying onions as a result. br>I decided to look on Amazon for an odor-removing product and came across this small packet. I made the decision to give it a shot. What did I stand to gain by doing so? br>There is no scent in the packet. It doesn't work by covering up odors. It was no longer there! The odor was gone in 24 hours, as if it had never been there before. Once a month, it should be placed in the sun to refresh it. This is something I've already done. It doesn't matter if it's a bitterly cold day —- Simply set it out in the sun for a few hours on a sunny day, and it will last another month. This device is effective.
This Moso is truly incredible! It does a fantastic job of keeping the odors out of my refrigerator. I clean my fridge once a week before going shopping, but I still smell spills and certain foods when I open the door, making me nauseous; however, now that I have this Moso, I don't smell anything. I usually forget to replace the box every 30 days because it works 100 times better than baking soda. I like that it has a suction cup, so I can hang it anywhere in my fridge without worrying about it spilling, unlike the baking soda box, which I had to constantly stand up after it was knocked over. Another plus is that it is environmentally friendly. I liked it so much that I ordered more and intend to buy some for my family.
I bought the pillow after reading reviews here (definitely a mistake) in an attempt to get rid of a new mini-van. The odor that developed inside the fridge as a result of storing "something offensive to my wife. " br>br>The odor was caused by something other than food - This item was also not spoiled or rotten in any way. She simply did not like the "natural" odor that the item gave off, so I purchased this pillow and hung it inside the refrigerator. br>br> I removed the "offensive element" after a week of noticing that the scent was still there. br>br>At this point - after a period of time has passed - In the fridge, the odor hasn't gone away. br>br>So, since the item has been removed, I'll try to neutralize the pillow according to the directions and reinstall it inside. But I'm not convinced that this "pillow" has any effect. To begin with, the "item" (which I will not name) was not emitting "that" strong of an odor. And I'm disappointed in this product's lack of performance. br>br>This thing is simply inept- IMO.
