I think it's fine if you can recline your seat; otherwise, you're sitting with your neck straight up.
Very good quality. It's been a few months since I got mine. It is still in good condition. You can also turn it over to get a variety of seat types and shapes.
That's all there is to it.
It isn't made to be soundproof, in my opinion. The pillow's "arm" on the side does not cover your ear. Wearing ear plugs is probably a good idea.

During my septoplasty recovery, this pillow became my best friend and life partner. It was always there for me, comfortable, soft but firm, and incredibly supportive. Excellent value for money! I really like this product, and it comes in a nice package. To get into shape, it only takes a minute. br> I bought this for my husband to use while he was recovering from heart surgery in the hospital and at home. It has been extremely beneficial in that it keeps his neck and head supported while sleeping on his back in a slightly inclined position, as well as when he is sitting in his recliner. Because the memory foam is so cushiony, he is much more at ease. I highly recommend this quality product; it's excellent quality at an incredible price point; he loves it and it's never far from his side. I'm going to have to place an order for one right now!.
The color is lovely, and the fabric is soft. I'm confident it'll meet my neck's requirements. It's a million times better than those air-filled travel pillows. When I'm at home watching TV in my recliner, I use this pillow. This neck pillow helps to keep me from waking up with sore necks when I fall asleep. - This is solely for my personal use - Previously, I did not own a neck pillow. As a result, I believe this is initially too large for my neck. After a few uses, I was able to figure out how to use it and it made me feel so much better.

I have a number of health issues that make standing painful, so I prefer to lie down, and sitting for an entire flight seemed impossible. I slept through each flight because this pillow was so comfortable and conformed to my body. I don't think I would have been able to sleep if it hadn't been for it. So much more comfortable than the airport neck pillows, and very supportive yet soft as can be. If you're traveling, this is a ten out of ten recommendation. In my office chair, I was napping with an inflatable neck pillow. I'm sitting in a chair with a low back. So, in order to lean back, I needed a neck support. It felt like I was sitting on a balloon when I used the air pillow. My head simply rolls from side to side, unable to find a comfortable resting position in the middle. Then I can simply return to my seat and fall asleep once more. This form neck pillow can also be compressed into a small roll and stored in the bag that comes with it. It's ideal for air travel because of its small package size. After the pandemic is over, I'm excited to take it on my next vacation trip.
