It is the kind of purchase you buy in your youth when money is not a problem, but relegate to the back of the linen closet when your taste changes. Since I've been putting off repurchasing quality sheets for months, I figured it would be expensive to buy them again. In the meantime, I'd been trying to figure out what it was about those original sheets that appealed to me It had been a long time since the tags were replaced. They were dark blue, with no clue of brand, fabric, or weave.

The only thing that I could determine was they looked good, felt great, and had a nice weight. The long staple cotton I need is what I need to find. Several months ago, I posted another detailed review describing why these sheets are so wonderful I will also give a background about why I love them Several years ago, I set out on the quest to find the perfect sheet. In order for my guests to be able to enjoy the most luxurious stay at my vacation properties, I searched for the best sheets. My house is full of those sheets you hear about on radio and through advertisements on the internet. subscribed to a consumer magazine and read about the sheets that were compared in it. Buying all the things on the list was a no-brainer. However, I didn't have the heart to pay $400 for a set of queen That's not true, however. My California Design Den set (which I purchased for my own bed) was put up against the $400 set and the five others on the consumer list. I very carefully examined the weave, closed my eyes and felt, smelt, washed and dried each one and slept on them 6 sets of sheets (400TC Sateen Weave) did not differ, despite the fact that I could smell, feel, or see any major difference. It has taken me weeks to find the right sheet set, just as it has taken many others. Reading through so many reviews has caused me to doubt whether I should go with one or the other. As I wanted sheets that would fit my queen temperpedic mattress (which has a pillow top as well), I looked on Amazon. It has become rather tedious to shop for "deep" or "extra deep" pocketed sheets and still have to wrestle with them to get them It has been a struggle trying to stretch it on, my poor fingers getting pinched in the process. We request that you do not rip anything. The seams will inevitably rip at some point. The items I've purchased range from the most expensive to the least expensive. The price of a Vera Wang set can range anywhere from an embarrassing amount to a set you can buy at your local wholesale club. Whenever I searched, I found sheets that claimed to be deep enough to fit my mattress, but that were not made completely of cotton but rather a blend of cotton and polyester. My main concern is getting 100% cotton, and these are the most reliable suppliers I've found. There are people who complain about wrinkles when they wear If you run your dryer at full capacity and do not overdry your sheets, you can easily remedy the situation. There is also a care card provided by the company that talks about overdrying. You may find that some of your pillow cases need to be ironed. The minimal amount of wrinkling on my sheets does not bother me due to the comforter over them. don't know how long it will take for the sheets to pill, but I am assuming it will eventually happen.
