Nylon or polyester. They are entirely made of plastic. There is no cotton.
In SE Pennsylvania, I live in a 100-year-old house. All of the rooms on the first floor are open to one another. It's possible that it'll be chilly or drafty. I'm using these sheets as curtains (doubled) in a couple of open doorways to seal off two rooms and save energy. the draft should be shortened In addition, two were hung at the original floor-to-ceiling height. Where there isn't a storm window, a ceiling window will suffice. I can't feel the cold from the closed rooms when I put my hand on the fabric because it works so well. I'll be buying more to use as lining in curtains I'll be making later this year because they're white and bright, so I don't feel like I'm living in a cave. Will be used as sheers at windows in rooms where they are not frequently used. I'm not sure how much heat they'd block, but anything that prevents direct sunlight from entering a room reduces the amount of heat produced. Keep in mind that they are opaque (not sheer), so they are completely opaque when closed. I hope this has been of assistance.
No, but if folded correctly, it might work for a summer. My dogs shred them without even trying, much easier than I expected. I use one as a cover sheet, on my bed, over my comforter, and they shred them without even trying. They aren't very thick, so I wouldn't recommend them for what you're looking for. Go to Goodwill; for the same price per sheet, you can get better quality.
I now use these as the backing on all of my quilts when quilting. They are extremely soft and long-lasting. While I'm working with them, I don't notice any lint accumulation, and they wash up beautifully.

Not because these are the sheets I would use on my own bed, but because I did some research and discovered that white is a good color to convey cleanliness. And other hosts recommended them as a less expensive option; they've held up beautifully, with no stains, quick drying, softness, and lightness, and my guests have always complimented the bed and bedding. We always choose the higher thread count sheets, which are more expensive, and I now prefer them to the higher end sheets. I used to be a sweaty sleeper, but not anymore thanks to these sheets. They dry quickly and do not wrinkle when washed. Another customer complained that he couldn't get rid of his deep wrinkles for no reason. br>I dried mine for 5 minutes on cool after leaving them in the dryer overnight. They appear to have been ironed all day. spending an excessive amount of money Because I couldn't afford to buy a set of sheets for $200, I tried it in bulk. I have three reservations per week on average, so I wash linens in between. Each time they're washed, they become even softer. I'm blown away by how much I adore these sheets! br>They're also extremely useful for a variety of household tasks. At my house, I have two king-sized flat sheets. I use them to protect my furniture, my bed, and my car (to name a few places) from my four-legged children who believe the furniture is theirs. If you wash them, avoid using fabric softener or harsh chemicals like bleach, as this will damage the tightly woven thread, which repels liquid up to a point before soaking through. br>As long as they're available, I'll be purchasing these for myself and my Airbnb rental.
I bought these for my massage practice because I've never seen sheets grab on to oils or lotions as well as these do. I do my laundry in cold water. To remove oil stains, use a stain remover, followed by hot water and bleach for sanitation. One of the applications These are no longer usable because they were ruined. I'm going to get some Ikea sheets again.
I purchased these with the intention of using them as a curtain. They were an excellent substitute for pricey sheers. I did wash and dry them before putting them up, and they came out looking great. My only gripe is that two of the packs had a strange small stain on them. I was able to remove one, and the other is barely visible. I like how they look and how quickly they arrived. I can't speak to how long they'll last if used as sheets, but they're incredibly soft.
We use a lot of linens as an Airbnb host. We don't buy sheet sets; instead, we buy the individual sheet components in all white, which are basic, standard issue linens that are perfect for our needs. There is no 'thread count' equivalent for microfiber, but we always get compliments on how comfortable our beds are, which we assume is due to our sheets and mattress. This is our second purchase of this linen line, and the more you wash them (which we do frequently), the softer they become. They've also performed admirably in our commercial washers.
I'm a massage therapist, and I was looking for bulk flat sheets at a reasonable price when I came across this one, and I'm glad I did. The sheets have a silky feel to them, but they're also made of regular cotton. They are extremely plush and appear to be of high quality. I like the top seam because it looks nice folded over the top blanket. They have a slight sheerness to them, and you can see through them just a little bit. But they're thick enough that they don't look cheap and give your client privacy. I'll definitely buy more as I grow and expand because I like how they feel, how they look, and how they work with draping.
I bought them to make curtains for my sunroom in the front. I wanted a calm, clean atmosphere, and turning these lovely sheets into curtains was the perfect way to achieve that. They're soft, lightweight, and appear to be durable, and I'm sure I'll buy another one of this 6 piece bundle within the month, because they're that good! (Amy)br>(Amy)br>(Amy)br>(Amy)br>(Amy)br>(A I sewed the pockets for the curtain rods on Utopia Sheets made into curtains. Because of the way the light hits our windows, the middle panel has a yellow cast; however, the sheets are completely white.
There was a time when I used it for curtains. They're extremely gentle.
These are a complete disaster. Wrinkle a lot. I bought three packs for my new business based on clearly fake reviews. Yesterday, I ironed a sheet for 20 minutes. For the rest of the day, I resorted to using wrinkled ones. I dropped off only 8 sheets for pressing at the cheapest laudrymat, and the lady looked at them and exclaimed, "Oh no, that fabric is the absolute worst!" She didn't even touch them, and she was familiar with the fabric. These are for facial beds where clients require a clean, wrinkle-free sheet. I bought these based on false reviews and ended up paying $72 for a lauderdale of 8 sheets that I had already washed because the woman said it would be cheaper to rewet and dry them rather than press them. Each sheet costs $8! Amazon, what are you thinking?.
