I've been looking for sheets like this for a long time because I have a large furry dog and a cat, and I bought these sheets to put over the top of my bed (but they're nice enough to use as regular bedding as well). They're surprisingly soft and silky, and unlike other sheets I've bought for the same reason, pet hair doesn't stick to them.
Okay, I'll admit that I bought this to keep all of our belongings hidden in the car while we were on the road. Thieves prefer smash and grab operations, so they seek out vehicles with items to steal. Our SUV's entire back is black when the seats are folded flat. As a result, I purchased this to cover all of my bases. You couldn't tell there was anything inside because of the tinted windows and black sheet covering. It was a cinch to use.
Our two German shepherds absolutely adore our bed (it has to be the TemperPedic mattress and down comforter). I don't mind them on the bed, but it's a pain for the sheets. I bought single sheets to throw over the top of the bed to keep dog hair and other debris from getting on my nice bedding. I buy two so that I always have one on hand when the other is being washed. I also use these sheets to cover the sofa that the dogs enjoy, as they are much easier to manage than a regular quilted sofa cover, and they can be washed as needed. br>The sheets are soft and silky, and the color is exactly what I expected. I've never slept in one, so I'm not sure what it's like. I inquired of the dogs, but they remained deafeningly deafeningly deafen.
I was looking for flannel sheets for warmth (we live in Montana) but couldn't find them in single pieces, as we like to do king size on the top sheet and blankets for extra snuggling in the cold, despite the fact that our bed is a queen size. These were the closest I could find on Amazon that were remotely in our price range, so I decided to give them a try. The king flat, queen fitted, and regular size pillowcases were all purchased. By the way, we ordered all of the items above separately, and the colors matched perfectly, just like if we'd purchased them as a set. br>br>The softness and warmth of these have astounded us. They appear to be silky smooth, but they have a microflannel feel to them when you touch them. The superfine lint does come off in the dryer trap when you wash them, so just like a flannel, I would recommend washing them before use and washing them regularly when they are new to prevent pilling. br>br>I was taken aback when I discovered they were made of polyester. They're not as heavy as cotton, but they're still made from natural materials. Cotton-like in texture. It's a great compromise, and, as previously stated, it's very warm against the skin at night. These sheets are lovely and perfect for a cold winter. br>br>If you are willing to risk a synthetic fabric but want the warmth of flannel, these sheets are perfect; I have been washing and drying them on delicate, just in case, because they are not thick. It's nice because they're light, but I'll have to be cautious with them in the long run to ensure long-term durability. br>br>There's also a good selection of solid colors. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a light, soft, and luxuriously comfortable sheet that provides the warmth of flannel without the high price tag. I believe we will be seeing more colors of these in the near future.
I've always been a sheet snob, saving up for Egyption cotton sheets with the highest thread count even when I couldn't afford them. I recently moved and had to downsize my bed, so I needed new sheets and couldn't afford what I really wanted, so I grabbed a VERY inexpensive set of pretty microfiber sheets from Costco and couldn't believe how wonderful they felt. I bought this one because I only needed a flat sheet, and it's even softer and smoother than the ones I already have; I'm not sure how they'll hold up in the summer, but for now, these are the most comfortable sheets I've ever br>br>The color is a little darker in person than it appears in the photo. Another benefit: br>br> My sleeping companion is a large white longhair cat. The majority of cotton sheets attract cat hair and require daily "defurring" and frequent laundering. This is not the case with these.
We needed to use this twin sheet for something else. It's silky smooth, wrinkle-free, and incredibly comfortable to wear. Someone commented on how thin it was. The majority of people purchase microfiber because it is fashionable. It served as a low-cost cover for our newly constructed gecko habitat for us. He enjoys his alone time. In the dark, he is more active. He is in a light-filled room. So, with this back twin sheet, we can give him whatever he wants. It suits our needs perfectly.
She was relocated to a new assisted living facility, where she suffered a hip fracture. She had recently relocated to a new residence and had just begun to unpack her belongings. The pillowcase isn't sewn up! @ It's too late to change your mind now. This is not a good idea to order these sheets! Years ago, these items were sold as Egyptian cotton products. The quality of the product is poor. I was devastated to discover that I had purchased them once more!.
I dislike microfiber sheets, but I can't find what I'm looking for in percale or cotton. I prefer a larger flat sheet to a fitted sheet, but finding individual pieces rather than a whole set of sheets is extremely difficult, and cotton is virtually impossible to find. If you like microfiber sheets, this one is fine, and it washed up nicely with few wrinkles. I'm just not a fan of microfiber. It has a flimsy feel to it and lacks the pleasant, cool feel of cotton.
