I just looked at mine and noticed that it has three tags, none of which indicate where it was made. I looked in the product description on Amazon as well, but couldn't find it. If you want to be sure, I'd contact Bioweaves, because I've found that when it doesn't say where it's from, it's usually China. I don't know why I didn't check when I bought mine last year, but it is GOTS certified.
These sheets have been in my possession for about a year. There has been no pilling so far. They're still as soft as they were when I first purchased them. I've never tried washing it in hot water because the instructions say not to. However, I'm sure you could sanitize them with Lysol wash sanitizer.
I wash in warm water in a HE machine, but the fabric is 100% cotton, so I don t see why hot water would not work just fine.
2. There is no pilling or roughness. These are flat weave sheets that have lasted me through dozens of washes.
It isn't the case. Before I cover my bed with my bedspread, I use it as a second top sheet to cover the blankets. It's not too heavy; in fact, I find it to be just right for my needs. It's soft after being washed, too. I'd make another purchase.

Although I believe the quality of these sheets is excellent, they have an unpleasant odor. I washed them and hung them outside on a breezy day in the hopes of getting rid of the smell. It's as powerful as it's ever been. I had to put them in the garage because they were too heavy to carry. The following morning, the entire garage (2 1/2 cars) reeked! I gave them another vinegar wash and re-hung them on the outside. The odor is still there, albeit a little less intense, but I wouldn't sleep on them. If it weren't for the odor, I would have given it five stars. Another reviewer mentioned the odor, and I noticed that as well. I have a hard time sleeping, so I sleep on the couch. For years, I've used an old polyester sheet folded up to put between me and the couch cushions during the warm weather seasons (in the winter, I use a flannel flat sheet). I finally decided to use a cotton flat sheet, and after some searching, I discovered one that could be purchased separately from the fitted sheet and pillowcase. It's an added bonus that it's organic. I've washed it once before and will do so again soon. I wash and dry it according to the manufacturer's instructions, but I don't care if it's crisp and wrinkle-free. I don't "snap" it before putting it in the dryer, and I also don't iron it. I like it a lot, and it's a lot nicer to wear than polyester. Thank you, Bioweave, and I'd like to point out that Bioweave followed up with an e-mail. I received an email with additional care instructions to help extend the life of the sheet, which I greatly appreciate.
So far, we've had a lot of fun with these sheets. I originally only purchased one single sheet, but after seeing how much we enjoyed the first one, I decided to order a fitted sheet as well! I also ordered a microfiber sheet from a different company. Although it is a soft sheet, the microfiber sheet has a plastic odor. Regardless of how many times I've washed it. These organic cotton sheets are clean and fresh, and they leave me feeling toxin-free! We've had a great night's sleep, and my sensitive skin is happy. They are also packaged in a very elegant manner.
The sheet is soft, but it isn't as crisp as a high thread count cotton sheet and doesn't hold its shape as well. I should have double-checked before buying. If you're looking for a high-end hotel-style flat sheet, this is not the product for you.
These sheets were purchased in their natural state. They're super soft, wash up nicely, and I haven't had any allergic reactions to them. br>br>I bought these to cover the seat of my recliner because I'm allergic to the fabric. I also decided to use them on my XL Twin bed, which is part of a California King bed with an adjustable frame. They do, in fact, fit nicely. 84 inches is the length of the bed. br>br>I'm very happy with this product, and I'm going to order a few more!.
It's simply a beautiful sheet. I bought this to put on my new organic mattress and I'm very happy with it. I prefer a sateen finish to a crisp percale sheet, and this is just divine. I washed it right away, and it came out looking great. I didn't use fabric softeners and instead used a liquid free and clear detergent and wool dryer balls, and the results were fantastic, with very little shrinkage. I'll be back to see what's new. bioweaves, thank you. The high-quality product is greatly appreciated.
I placed an order for two flat king sheets. They came in their own tote and were wrapped in tissue paper, which was a lovely touch. This is a thoughtful addition. Only one sheet has been washed and dried so far. I would suggest drying on the lowest heat setting and removing as soon as possible. It was neatly folded. However, after folding the sheet, I noticed that the top of the sheet was out of square, leaving a tail along the top. It could be seen. It didn't bother me because I tucked, but it might bother others. I'm not sure if the other sheet will be affected in the same way. I'll contact you when I have more information. br>Also, I don't usually buy "sateen" sheets, so I was relieved to find that the amount of application was minimal.
