Because of the price, I wasn't expecting anything high-fashion or expensive-looking, and my bedspreads usually don't last long with all of my animals. As a result, it lived up to my hopes. This oversized bedspread's length is fantastic. On a mattress with a two-inch pillow top, I already have a four-inch mattress topper. It's been difficult for me to come up with a mattress cover. I already own two Greenland oversized bedspreads and love them (I rotate them for seasons). Greenland quilts are heavy (or at least medium weight) and soft. This one isn't particularly soft, but after washing, it may become so. It's light and airy, making it ideal for summer. So, in essence, I'm purchasing it for the sake of fashion rather than function, which is fine by me at this price.
This is a stunning quilt that far exceeds my expectations. I ordered the King, debating whether or not to get the California King because of the size, but this is more than enough for me. The King quilts would sometimes just fit over the sides of the bed. On both sides, this one comes dangerously close to touching the ground. I have a pillow top that is 18" tall. Excellent quality, excellent value, very soft, and it arrived in two days, despite the fact that I do not have Prime; I am very pleased with my purchase. I intend to place another order.
Period. It appears to be very worn and ill-fitting, making it completely unworthy of $54 in my opinion. Even if it was free, I wouldn't want it. I'll be returning it on Monday.
This bedspread appeals to me because of its large size and oversize design. It completely encloses our king-sized bed; It was not short on the sides like some of our other bedspreads, and the price was excellent for a three-piece king-size bedspread and shams! The color, size, and design all appeal to my wife.
