Although this is microfiber, it is very easy to clean, it is lightweight so he can add a blanket on cold nights, and the colors are vibrant without being too childish. A second favorite part of this set is the extra long bedspread that doesn't slide around as easily and hides the bed frame really well. The colors from the photo are very close to what they look like in real life, that is really nice. There was only one thing I did not like about the set, but I didn't care about pillow shams anyway, and I hate that they still sell bed sets that include As the pillow sham was designed for a very flat pillow, it would not stay shut at the ends and was always falling open because my son's down pillow was so fat. My button holes were sewn two at a time I have needle-and-loop closures on that end, which keeps it closed and I am good to go You could also make the pillow a little flatter if you wanted to.

The new bedspread my son bought is great. Bright colors are evident in this painting. Despite the picture showing a tan or beige background, I found that the blanket itself had a soft gray background which is not apparent from the photo. It's good I didn't paint the walls tan to match the quilt I had planned to paint them.

It is thinner than what I expected, but this won't cause him any problems since he sleeps hot anyway. The winter season is always an option to add a blanket if needed. There is a warning on the package that says to wash the garment before using. But when I opened it, I found white cars had turned pink/red, as if someone had already washed it and returned it, as if Maybe mine is just an anomaly or maybe that is just the way it is made, but for the price, that is disappointing. As tempting as it is to keep it, I don't want to have to deal with The answer is that I do not.

After one year, I'm updating my review. I started ripping the quilt about 5 months after it was bought. There is no way I would purchase this product All the information provided by the seller was accurate. Nights in the summer are perfect for this. The fabric is not as soft as I anticipated, but I was able to soften it up after washing it a few times.

I have three of them in the boys' room for the triple bunk beds. It is lightweight, not a soft material. I see two color problems, the set is grey, not beige as in the picture, so do not rely on the advertised picture as a guide. It is also possible that colors may transfer when washed and the underside may not be as bright of a white since the orange and red bleed through. Aside from that, I like this product a lot.

We gave our son several blankets to choose from including tractors, Paw Patrol and Spiderman to put on his new bed we I am so happy he chose this one even though we were a little surprised. There are two parts to this blanket the light weight one and the heavy weight one The change can be reversed. I have no doubt that it will grow with him, rather than one he grows.
