This fabric appeals to me, and I'd like to purchase sheets made of it. The color combination is fantastic. I was afraid it would be too bright or loud, but it's a nice sunny yellow, almost marigold color. The pillowcases are also very nice.
I've had this duvet cover for about a month and a half and I'm really pleased with it. The color is accurate to the image, and the quality is excellent. It's been washed a few times and hasn't ripped or faded. It works well with my full/queen duvet, but I'm sure it would work even better with a regular queen duvet. Despite Amazon's prediction that it would take a few weeks to arrive, it arrived about a week after I placed the order. That is excellent customer service. br>br>A couple of points about the duvet: br>br>It closes with a zipper, which I love. The ones with button closures irritate me the most. br>br>The pillowcases have a five-inch overlay sewn in, which creates a nice pocket for your pillow's edge to rest in and keeps it from slipping out. There are no ties to keep the duvet pulled to the corners, which was a pleasant surprise. br>br>There are no ties to keep the duvet pulled to the corners, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I've never encountered this issue with other duvets. The duvet seems to stay in place without bunching once the cover is on and zipped. br>br>I definitely give this duvet cover and pillowcase set an A. I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time with this set.
This stunning set was my fifth attempt at finding the "right" purple that was both lightweight and high-quality for the summer. I'm tired of duvet covers that are as thin as a pillow case in terms of thickness and durability! Some were too thick, the color was off (not surprising), the ties fell off quickly, and the exposed white zippers left me with disappointment after disappointment. This set is fantastic! br>br> I ordered the purple and the fabric is absolutely gorgeous with the color coming extremely close to the image pictured. I like the button detail on the pillows, and the texture is substantial and elegant. br>br>For a lovely summer set, I can't recommend it highly enough.
This item isn't exactly breathable, in my opinion. I was also disappointed that the pillow cases included with the queen duvet set were not queen size (yes, I later noticed this—I just assumed a queen duvet would come with queen size pillow cases). The product works, and the material is one-of-a-kind and "earthy" in appearance. "Beige is a color I like. It's an adequate duvet; however, I felt it was overpriced for something that didn't "wow" me. I think I prefer the $30 one I had before. I would have returned it if I hadn't washed it to test it out.
However, I believe the lint on it is only severe because it is all white. br>br>I've had a few washes so far and the quality has remained fairly consistent. After washing, it has a nice soft wrinkled appearance, and the fabric is of good thickness and feels great against the skin while sleeping. br>br>It's as you can see- through, as do the majority of white fabriced items on the market. It is dependent on the color you use to fill it. br>br>Zipper performs admirably, and there are no major issues. I'd advise anyone interested in giving it a shot to see if it's right for them.
To maximize the product's potential, make sure you purchase a new down comforter or an equivalent. The materials in my bed are very important to me. Natural materials are particularly appealing. Synthetics, silk, and other materials make me sweat, so cotton or linen are the only fabrics I feel comfortable in. 5 out of 5 stars!.
the zipper is insufficient I like the pattern, and the cotton fabric is comfortable to wear. The zipper, on the other hand, is insufficient. It's far too small to be used as a king-size duvet. When the first zip was pulled, the zipper pull broke. I rotate this duvet with a few others, so it hadn't seen much action. Until now, when the entire zipper pulled apart, I was able to zip without using the pull.
I really like the color, and it looks great in our room! My only gripe is that it's a little short on the sides, so I can't tuck it both sides beneath the mattress. However, it continues to work flawlessly. br>br>Also, if you have a white-furred dog, cat, or other animal, it will show up on this fairly easily; however, if you like the color, I wouldn't let that stop you from buying it.
