While it is light and warm, it is also very light in weight. gave such low stars for these beds in a bag is because neither came with sheets as described in the description. I love the kind of softness and cuteness of this bedding set. There is something almost silky about the duvet cover and the sheets and pillow cases are also soft (definitely soft enough for a toddler or child).
