The blanket I have right now is not a recommendation. While it looked awesome and was feeling very soft, all of the ink was coming off and it was all over the place. My blanket has not even been washed so this is a manufacturing defect. The ink is not properly cured and you can easily rub it right off with your finger. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they can *UPDATE*
I have reached out to the company several times via Facebook and their website, and tried to reach them by phone. I will update this review if they are able to resolve the issue. I still have not heard back. Despite my best efforts, the company has not responded to my request to return this item. I'll try another one and see if it has the same issue. In the event that the next one is the same, I'll post more photos and keep you updated. The point at which it becomes obvious that this product is defective is at that point.

The colors are vibrant, but I have never seen so much Lint! I made the same mistake again! Don't make the same mistake! A NEW blanket went into the laundry with a load of clean clothes. It seems like all of my son's clothes are smeared with lint since a month ago! When washing it for the first time, be sure you wash it separately! Although the blanket is soft, it is thin, pilly, and linty! Once again, I can emphasize the fact that you are totally LINTY and continuing to shed. Ryan's World is not the most expensive blanket in the world, but it still seems overpriced to me because it's a Ryan's World blanket. It's only natural to expect this. purchase this blanket, you may also want to purchase some extra lint brushes at the same time! Wishing you the best. Though your child may not like this blanket very much, it is likely that the rest of the family will. He said that it was cozy and comfortable and made him tired since it was so warm.
